I understand the importance of achieving your individual goals, at both a personal and professional level.

My passion is to help my clients to succeed in getting to their desired weight or level of fitness. I strive to ensure my sessions are enjoyable and always fun, coming from a sporting background I realise the importance of enjoying exercise, whilst also being pushed to reach your goals.

My mission is to motivate and encourage individuals towards a more positive, healthy active lifestyle by raising awareness on the importance of physical fitness and a balance nutrition plan to suit each individual.

FOR THE CAKE: ... 🌿3 ripe bananas 🌿150g plain flour 🌿100g ground almonds 🌿2 tbsp ground flaxseeds 🌿1½ tsp baking powder 🌿½ tsp baking soda 🌿½ tsp sea salt 🌿3 tbsp coconut sugar 🌿3 tbsp peanut butter 🌿175ml almond milk 🌿3 scoops Herbalife Tri Blend Select 🌿5 Medjool dates pitted 🌿1 tbsp vanilla essence. . FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING: 🌿1/2 tsp Vanilla essence 🌿4 tbsp coconut cream 🌿1 tsp maple 🌿1 tbsp peanut butter OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: 🌿Strawberry’s to top 🌿Fresh mint. . Preheat your oven to 180c Line your pan with baking paper. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until you get a smooth batter and there are no lumps. Spoon the batter into a 20cm cake tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow the cake cool for 10-15 minutes until turning out. . TO MAKE THE TOPPING: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Pop in the fridge to firm up while the cake is cooling. . Can you smell that freshly baked bread? 😍Impress the guests and treat yourself with these wholesome scones. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ What you need (makes 12)⁣⠀ ⁣⠀... 🌿 225g wholemeal flour⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 225g plain white flour⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 25g sesame seeds⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 25g pumpkin seeds⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 25g golden linseeds or hemp seeds⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 25g sunflower seeds⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 1 tsp salt⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 1 tsp bread soda, finely sieved⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 25g butter⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 1 egg, whisked⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🌿 350-400ml buttermilk⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ METHOD⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Preheat the oven to 220’C/425’F/gas mark 7. In a big bowl mix together the brown and white flour, the seeds, salt, and the sieved bread soda. Rub in the butter with your fingers. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the buttermilk and pour most of the liquid into the dry ingredients. Using one hand with your fingers open and stiff, mix in a full circle, bringing the flour and liquid together, adding more liquid if necessary. The dough should be soft but not too sticky.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Don’t knead it, but rather gently bring it into a ball. Flatten it slightly to about 4cm high.
