My tip for the week Do you suffer from sensitive teeth and receding gums? Try using a Desensitising toothpaste such as colgate pro - relief or sensodyne protect and repair or complete protection. In addition to brushng, smearing it onto the teeth leaving it neat allowing it to be obsorbed into the dentine overnight will reduce sensitivity very quickly. Sometimes on contact or overnight. Give it a try over the festive season.
