We have to go home tomorrow and we are all sad to go. All the staff have been lovely and helpful, the entertainment has been fantastic. We didn't have a chance to do the morning activities due to late nights. My children loved the pool, we have spent a few hours in there everyday we have been here. The caravan was spacious and clean. The food in the mash and Barrell was good and service was great.

We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great holiday.

We absolutely loved it , I would recommend it to anyone , the fun stars were the best you had funstar tom , funstar dan , funstar Jordan , funstar Beth , funstar Amy and funstar issy , we only booked from Monday to Friday and we ended up extending the holiday because we didn't want to leave , I can't wait to come back hopefully with the same funstar

This week is the first time we have visited church farm.. we can not fault it! Brilliant camp, very clean and tidy, the staff were all lovely and very helpful, our caravan was amazing and very clean, I can definitely say one of the best we have ever stayed in. We will most definitely be returning.

User

Super - clean and friendly. Very quiet for a place that has so many people!

Stunning camp site the staff could not accommodate enough! The staff in in the mash and barrel even made off the menu food for my grandad who wasn't too well, so needed so thing more bland.

The entertainers where amazing even though there where only a handful of people in the cub house due to end of season closing in, but still managed to put on amazing shows for the few people there!

The only let down was the caravan, had a few issues we arrived and it wasn't perticually clean so called reception who sent the cleaners again still the crumbs where over the sofa and the table and corners of kitchen tops. The door to the second bedroom was jammed and they fixed this within minutes of being called and later in the holiday the toilet seat broke again fixed very quickly but there was a leak in the shower room whic obviously had been on going due to mould all around the floor under sink, this may have caused the rooms to be damp as by the end of the holiday all my spare clothes in wardrobe where damp despite heating on and windows open during the day.

All in all lovely camp site just wish there where more activites out the site to do

Returned to Church Farm for the week (mon-sun) after 20 years ( used to holiday here frequently as a child). Although it’s very modern now and totally different in every aspect it was an amazing week. The caravan was stunning, spacious and perfect for our needs. A very clean site. There are some beautiful walks to do too with stunning scenery. The site was full of friendly and welcoming staff / plenty to do on and off site. The fish and chips take away is delicious and the food in the Mash and Barrel was fabulous too. The arcade / swimming pool and outdoor park were a real hit with our three year old. A lovely man who worked by the gates greeted us upon arrival / whenever we ventured off site and always made time to say hello to our children. He is a real credit to Church Farm as he’s so welcoming and friendly. ( I’m not sure what his name was but he said he was from Horley. I’d really love for him to receive this feedback as he’s honestly so lovely). The security staff and arcade staff are also fantastic and friendly. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we were sad to leave. The Funstars were fab and work extremely hard to make the activities fun & safe for the children. We plan to return next year for more adventures.

Great park arrive at three and had a very warm welcome from Ray on the main gate, what a happy chap! stayed this weekend and had a great time, lovely caravan had a problem and was offered a move but it was sorted out quickly really professional staff in all areas have been to bigger parks along the coast and both have pro and cons but really liked this park it is small and friendly with lots to do, not sure what it would be like BH weekends and school holidays! would definitely come back and would recommend to friends.

User

Excellent Holiday Village. I recommend this place to anyone who love to have a quiet summer chill-out. Quite impressed with this seaside and its adventures.

User

Been going to Haven all my life but I have to say Church farm is by far my favourite, the place is lovely and the funstars are the best and they really become your friends. I hope they come back for next year. 👌✌️ Had such a good time missing it already.

User

3 fun packed days for my children lovely staff spotless van will defo book again!!

User

Such a lovely place. Fantastic staff - especially Lottie and her Reptile antics! (I hope this gets passed on - my girls have not stopped talking about that!! Mash and barrel really needs looking at, the food isn't great. That said, we had a great holiday. Fun stars are real troopers too. A great end to the summer, many thanks

User

Rented privately. Fantastic lodge. Didn't buy Haven passes. Unfortunately this meant we were unable to buy take away fish and chips as I did not pay the £30 for a pass. Even though the counter was very near to the security guard who could have watched me to make sure that I did not use any machines In the arcade. Although that would have made Bourne leisure even more money

User

This was really difficult to rate because the caravan and the site are lovely. However The Mash and Barrell has a few issues. No gluten free menu and waiting on staff just said they don't do it. However The Manager was helpful thankfully ! Also on our last day we went for breakfast and waited....nearly 2 hours later some people in our party still had not had their breakfast served! And for those that had been served it had been mostly cold. We did get money back and free coffee but the children had to go without the bike hire because we were so delayed. Good job we were with lovely family and had a brill time overall

Problem park wide at the moment with dogs excrement. I reported about a stray dog on Sunday and fouling on the grass area it's Tuesday it's still there. I called at 10am this morning reporting that a dog had fouled just at the edge of our property it's now 1442 and guess what it is still there. Along pathways alongside the lagoon excrement all along on the lagoon bridge more excrement. I am deeply disappointed with the dog owners and haven on this matter. I myself own dogs and clear up after them it's part and parcel of being a responsible owner.
