Calling all superheroes!
Spiderman – Into the Spiderverse (in Cinemas December 12th) introduces many different Spidermen from various alternate universes. We want to see YOUR take on what some of them might look like - for the chance to win a Spiderverse goodie bag!

I have to say how amazing the customer service was from your team member Andrew. An absolute pleasure and a huge asset to cineworld. He went above and beyond.

Cineworld Aldershot is great. Good entrance ambiance, easy to move around and print your tickets or go to buy popcorn and drinks. Staff are extremely friendly and importantly welcoming. The screens are of good size and great quality sound. Have always found the screen seating to be clean and ready for the showing.

The toilets are also very clean and maintained which is important. After being a Unlimited card holder for years, its is worth it, as you can use it for discount in restaurants which helps for a meal and movie night with the wife. As a long serving customer i havnt had any extra perks though and iv seen my cost go up from £16-£18 x 6 cards that i pay for. Some loyalty discount would be nice. And yes i have introduced many people. The cinema does need to clean the screens as i keep noticing the marking and dust on the sceens which is irritating caue i seem to focus on those spots during the movie. Some times the projector room people leave the bright tubelight on and it brightens the cinema room up which can be annoying. And biggest peev is the A/C, its just too cold. We all wrap up extra warm compared to how we would if going out. The temperature control needs to be better, as i notice so many people in screen are cold. But overall This branch is great, and worth going to and having an enjoyable event.

Can't fault this cinema, the toilets were spotless all staff polite and helpful

Both my partner and I have unlimited membership and visit as often as we can. The cinema is always clean and staff are always helpful and friendly.

This place is great for watching films

Pretty soulless place, devoid of character, people and atmosphere. Good film - shame only 10 people there for 840pm showing. Mainly lads having a night out stuffing themselves full of popcorn and being noisy. Squeaky escalators must drive what few staff there were spare! Would have been better waiting for the DVD and watching at home.

I took my 2 grandchildren to see the new incredible film which I had promised them I was asked to choose my seats who ch was a joke as there was only 3 seats left right at the front there was empty seats in the middle but I was told I had to pay more for them but I couldn’t have them any way , I took the seats after being told they are too close to the screen , why sell seats there if that’s the case , I had blurred vision when I came out , for health and safety reasons the seatsshould not be that close to the screen I won’t be going there again especially after being charged 30 pounds for rubbish seats .

Ridiculous staff. Wanted ID for my 2 13 year old children to watch a 12 film. I appreciate the laws on age classification and completely agree with them. However, my word was not good enough unless I paid for a ticket and entered with them, then I didn't need to prove their ages.

They have been there on their own and watched 12 certificate films before with no questions and was advised that it depends on who is checking on the door.

Good film (Mamma Mia 2), paid for ‘Star’ seats, the back of my chair was broken. Lots of spilt popcorn on floor from previous screenings along with cups, straws etc. No sign of cleanliness or pride in providing a welcoming and comfortable experience. Tickets not cheap, will think again before returning.
