ive had nothing but wonderful smiling service every time ive been. not a huge fan of cineworld but staff are really nice.. yesterday i acidently dropped my whole drink. so i reported to the staff. they came to clean it up straight away with my complimentry drink replacement. and helped me shift my child to different seat with all our things.. thank you again xx

I liked the smiling young man at the counter and the staff were sparse but on hand for directions.

The highlight was the movie

The screen was small but content did not dissapoint



There were 2 downsides for me. 20-30 mins of uninventive adverts none specially cut for cinema to differ from TV was the first. The whole audience sighed audibly when it finally stopped.



The second and most critical was the deplorable state of the bathroom facilities.

As soon as I walked in, the stench stopped me in my tracks, my need to use the bathroom evaporated, I regretted touching the doors and had to wait to get home.



For health and safety Public bathrooms should be serviced regularly at least every 2 hours if someone went in there and sprayed bleach and wiped down each loo and ran a mop with some bleach or zoflora accross the floor and wiped door handles it would take 10 mins and make a world of difference. Popping pump hand sanitisers near the sinks would help too.



I was left wondering if the staff use this loo then touch our food

We are doomed

Thank you to the kind lady who helped me open the door when i was faced with the dilemma of touching it after sanitising my hand with my own sanitiser from my handbag.

Funny but so not funny

Got to the cinema with my 7 year old son and none of the drinks machines were working! Sat down to watch the film and I know the weather outside is hot but the air conditioning in there was on overload, my son was complaint he was cold, I was freezing too as we're others. I dont enjoy watching a film whilst shivering! My son needed the toilet so I did mention to a member of staff could they turn the air con down or off, nothing happened! This place needs a good refurbishment and deep clean the toilets are smelly, and our feet stuck to the floor where the pick and mix was, where I had to pay £2.60 for a bottle of drink which was a rip off.

Air con needs sorting, freezing inside had to wear hoodie. No point buying online if u want refreshments as tickets and food done on same till. Had to wait 10 mins for food .... ( food prices are a rip off ) all that so you could save a wage...

No problems with film, but disappointing that you have to watch 20 mins of crap advertising. Cinema sitting area was clean. Same thing couldn’t be said about the toilet area ...
