User

o just love there . one time it was a animation for children 3d 4Dx and the last two empty place it was one on 5D one on 4 D because my son is fighting with blood cancer and he really want to see this we buyet lass two like that with the hope some one he will understand and will change a place. Bad luck noobady want to change and the girl from down where she control all the effects she understand the situation and she speak with the manager and they give was the best two seats from the room . Thank you Cineworld and the lovely employer you have.

User

Loved going here to watch the fabulous choice of movies and having the added choice of superscreen and 4DX too brings a amazing added element to a enjoyable experience

User

Awesome date night watching Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom in 4dx and we have a new favourite ice cream maker in Ciall thank you for the awesome brownie sundae!

User

Think screen 8 is amazing . And lots of fun way seats move , vibrate , etc . Only thing is you are slow to serve food , drink etc it took 15 mins to get 1 drink . And I booked by tickets on line . Wish Huntingdon would get screen like this .

User

Screens was good. Need some separate queues for customers that already have tickets and just want food and drink before the money. Waiting for ppl to pick their seats then decide what they was to eat and drink is frustrating. Good the lights come up shortly after the movie is finished so can see ur way out.

User

I struggled to decide how many stars I should give the 'venue because ideally it would ha e been 3.5. Nothing wrong with the facilities but as others have said the service seemed to be very slow and I don't get why. I bought my tickets online and so only wanted some drinks etc but it seemed song wait.

User

Took my 13 year old son and his friend to see The Last Jedi in screen 7 yesterday. The immediate problem was that when booking the tickets a different screen format had been given and so we ended up too far forward which meant we spent 3 hours with our necks bent backwards! Half an hour of ads and trailers was overkill and became really frustrating, we were cold, and we'd had a very long wait prior to all that because the screening before didn't finish long before our screening and the poor cleaners were under pressure to get in and done double quick while we all had to stand around waiting for ages! Add to that a loud punch up between two families halfway through, the people behind us crunching loudly through the biggest and noisiest bags of snacks ever (all the way through the film!), people constantly walking in and out, and people chattering away to each other and I have to say that the expensive tickets I'd bought were not worth it!

User

The first time attending cineworld since the new Odeon opened at MK1. The film was good but at gone 7pm my 2 youngest children and I attempted to go to our screen and were told it hadn't been cleaned yet! The movie we were going to watch was supposed to start at 7:20 but we didn't get in until just before 7:20. We had to stand out side with all of our drinks and food and wait to be let through. Needless to say drinks and food were spilt.

I know it's the festive season and there was probably a staff shortage, hence the wait to order food and drink was about 25 minutes and that's the reason for 3 stars instead of 1.

User

Normally I would rate it 5 stars...but yesterday I went & saw pitcher perfect 3 we que to get a drink & snacks at 720 so 20 before the doors open and we finally got served at 755 and we had less than 5 mins to get our seat and loo trip all because people were getting tickets with there snacks...could you not have a till just for tickets and snacks ?

User

Kids n i saw Pacific Rim Uprising yesterday i book tickets online so can check seating n see how busy /packed it be.. As my son likes to sit at the back / top so no one can kick the back of hes seat.

My son is Autistic n has ADHD n SPD .

It wasn't busy but few rows down there was 3 people sitting in a row and keep looking up at my son and shacking there heads n moaning.

My son wasnt loud just excited .

I felt so mad that there are people that are so judgemental . my son was bit upset as he saw them keep looking at him .

User

Went to see ready player one last night in 4D, there was a problem with the movie so they played all the trailers twice!!! Then we learnt our seats werent working so had to move to empty ones that did. It was also boiling hot no AC at all. Really dissapointed!!

User

I think: £12.50 to see a film is extortionate!

I think. £. 4.90 for a small popcorn is disgusting!

I think the area around where we were sitting was filthy!

And it’s a good job the film was so good!

I spent near on £60 just to see a film with myself and my 4 girls....can’t afford to come back anytime soon 😥

User

Me and my uncle took the trip for the double bill of mission impossible in the 4DX screening last night, and in 30 degree heat you decide that your air conditioning is not working. You do not put signs up to say so. Me and my uncle sat through the first film that we have both seen a few times, but the 4D aspect added something new. I don’t get motion sick, I never have, but due to the intense heat (which must be above health and safety regulations) I felt like I was going to vomit, I came out with an intense head ache after the first film. There were some staff waiting to clean the screen before we went back in, we asked if there was anything they can do about the heat. They were very polite and stated that it was broken. Fair enough went to go and find a manager.

This is where it got frustrating, found the manager and she stated they were having ‘intermittent problems’ and wasn’t aware of our screen being an issue. What a load of rubbish you always have a supervisor on hand in the 4D screens, he was probably dying in that heat the same as us. They have no duty of care to their customers or staff actually. There are no signs to say they are having issues. HEALTH AND SAFTEY VIOLATION!

User

I will not be returning to this cinema. The service recieved was completely un-professional and disgusting. When trying to buy tickets i was told that the voucher i was trying to be used couldnt be used as it had to be printed .. the voucher clearly states 'please print of this voucher or show it off your phone to a member of staff when purchasing tickets' then when the second ticket was trying to be purchased i was told it could only go on one bill and that me and my friend couldnt pay for our own tickets separately. Not only did this ruin my trip it also made me and my friend late for the film. The whole service in itself was awful. The staff member then spent the rest of the time huffing and puffing and it was obvious he couldnt care less. Ive come out for my friends birthday to enjoy a night out and to spend money in this venue but it will be the last time.

User

I think u need to teach the team leaders some costumer service I came in tonight with my 11 year old son I had a voucher that I got from cineworld as a comp . when I went to use it a team leader called amy told me it had already been used witch I know it hadn't as if it had I wouldn't have it would be in there till amy was so rude to me it made my son cry an we couldn't even watch the film so I wasted money getting there an back so way to go cineworld great team leaders u have

User

First you swap our coke and fanta etc for the cheaper alternatives, pepsi and tango. Now you discontinue the 25% off at Frankie and Bennys and Pizza Hut. Yet you still continue to hike up the price each month? What is the next cost cutting exercise going to be. Loyalty seems to get you nothing.

User

First time at Cineworld since the Odeon opened. I have to say I won't be back, no ice-cream cause freezer was broken, no ice blast drinks as machines all five of them not working, no ice in the drinks because you guessed it ice machine not working. 15 quid for warm drinks and popcorn, will be a long time before I go back

User

Every time we go to see a film there we arrive at the start time for the program only to be held up because the screen is not ready. Come on Cineworld - you charge enough - get your act together. Would definitely go to Odeon next time.

User

Autism screen means low lights but not off- low sound and no adverts - 1 out of 3 there., we left 1 because it was still too loud for my son and I admit it was louder than previous times- also someone had been sick in the walkway before on a previous screen so instead of cleaning it up a warning sign was put over it , not one but two areas of sick and left for a film about to be filled with people who are sensory that’s not a good idea and made my son feel sick just having to sit there with the smell. If your catering for autism screens and your telling everyone as they go in then at least back it up by actually doing what your supposed to do for that autism screening-
