I accept payment via paypal
I do also accept cheques but order's will not be sent out until payment has cleared so it will take a little longer.
If you would like to pay with your debit card this can also be arranged.
All items are made to order, which means that any item can be tailored to your requirements whether it be wording or colour schemes.
Returns : Due to the nature of our beautiful personalised items we cannot accept returns. We do ask you to check & make sure that all the details you send to us are correct and all the spellings are correct.
Postage : We send all our items 2nd class unless otherwise stated. Once an item has been posted it is under the responsibility of Royal Mail. If an item is sent back to us because you failed to collect from your local postal office, and require a refund we will not refund any post costs.
