Mazda Eunos Roadster MK1 (MX5) ...... usual rear lower wing/sill corrosion on both sides.
Cut out corrosion, repair inner sill, MIG weld, zinc primer, and fit new lower wing repair section, leaving in zinc primer for customer to fill, paint and finish himself.

Another happy customer ..... Warren Gadd .... he's got a '69' MK3 Spitfire which has been in his family from new ...... originally purchased from Standard Triumph in Berkley Square, London. Fitted a new clutch pipe and bled it up ....... also set up the rear brakes for him too ..... a very very nice example of a MK3 in White 19.

Was good to catch up with Keiron F Pearce today ..... he's really got the Triumph Spitfire bug ...... set up the carbs and timing on the 1300 and the 1500 ...... couldn't drive the the 1300 as he was doing some bodywork, but the 1500 ...... flies baby ..... just like a Spitfire should. A great memory from 'back in the day' ..... I restored this Triumph TR4a from a rusting hulk to being featured in Classics Magazine. Seems like yesterday.

Out for a drive around Terling, Essex ......Triumph TR4a.

A very 'Triumph .... ant' couple of days spent in and around the country nether regions of Essex.
A big thank you Sarah Day for letting me MOT and service her Triumph Herald 1200 Coupé.
Also to Andrew Jeffries for letting me work on his Triumph TR4a and his Spitfire MK3.
... And also Colin Higgs in Petts Wood ....... setting up and running his Spitfire 1500 ...... fingers crossed for Sunday's London to Brighton run.
Best part of Friday ........ driving back home from Andrew's and seeing Sarah on the road with her Coupé and daughter 'riding shotgun' .... with a beaming smile on her face.

1964 Triumph Herald 1200 Coupe ..... back on the road ...... serviced and MOT'd and a very happy customer indeed.

Annual MOT and service. One lady owner from new. Royal Blue, webasto.

Small chassis Triumph rear brake rebuild.

Front lower trunnion bush and bolt replacement Triumph Spitfire. The lower trunnion bolt had rusted and seized to the steel sleeve that sits within the nylon bushes. In years gone by, this used to be very common, however I always recomend re assembly with copper anti seize grease.

Strip, clean, rebuild possibly the worst pair of Stromberg CD150 carburettors I have ever seen in all the years I have been dealing with these, and that's at least 30 years!!

Annual service and MOT.......maintained this 'B' for the last 10 years.

Another year...... another MOT!!
