Our expansion means that we are looking to recruit two PROPERTY MANAGERS.
We are looking for Property Managers to provide a high quality level of management service in accordance with our company ethos. To liaise with Directors & residents, to prepare service charge budgets, project management, cyclical maintenance services & company administration. Site Inspections within your Property Portfolio & some evening meetings in... respect of AGM’s. Along with the ability to work in a small and friendly team.

Great article in Flat Living's latest issue on ARMA-Q. Cleaver Property Management are proud to have achieved ARMA-Q accreditation earlier this year, meaning more security for Management Companies and property owners.

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as managing agents for Admiral House in Camberley, where Jane is welcoming the Property Owners today. Admiral House is a gated development of 36 one and two bedroom apartments located within walking distance of the Town Centre. Each apartment has been designed to the highest specification allowing comfortable modern living. We are really looking forward to working in conjunction with the Freeholders to ensure that Admiral House is a great place to live for all residents

Huge congrats to Vikki & Jane for completing the Green Park Royal Berkshire 10k in superb times yesterday. Jane got a 1:04:03 and Vikki got a 58:12. Here's to the next 10k in July. Well done girls.

A huge well done to Teagan, who finished a wonderful 14th out of 49 for her individual in the International Slovak Open. Also a massive congrats to Teagan and the other girls in her trio, who finished a spectacular 3rd out of 19 teams! A wonderful result! We wish Teagan luck with representing her club in the Welsh Championships in May. We hope Teagan has all the fun in the world as she fulfills her dream!
