Unblocking a clogged heat exchanger can require some lateral thinking

well another cold and snowy week done, lots of people warmed up, we are getting to most calls the same day, and fixing the majority on the same day as well, some of our bigger collegues (you know who you are ) are quoting 4-7 days before they can even look at jobs with no heating! 😮 perhaps if they spent less time and money on flash TV adverts telling us how good they are and how they value their customers, and start using that money to actually look after their customers !
