This customer complained of cracked uneven floor tiles & a strong smell of mould, soon after having a poor full bathroom installation completed by another tradesman. Once tiles removed, there was thick mould present. Floorboards were not secured, substrate was not primed & no tile backer board used. This was all a recipe for disaster. CNS removed old tiles, cleaned floor, secured floorboards, glued/screwed tile backer board & then tiled on top with a flexible adhesive & grout. First Boiler Install of 2019. 20 year old Ideal Classic removed and replaced for a Worcester Bosch 15Ri, with system filter. Heating system was Power Flushed and a new flue implemented.
