Band Bio... Rock n roll, country and blues band featuring stuntman Ade Harvey Verenne on lead guitar and vocals, stuntman Mike Harwood on double bass (can be seen around Brighton in his Blue Suede Shoes), and stuntman Stu groovin’ on the drums. Ade has been playing and singing for 30 years, influenced by Brian Setzer, Jimmy Reed, Elvis, and Fats Domino, to name but a few.

Myself and my wife stumbled across this little gem, Nick and his team make every effort to make you feel welcome and a part of the furniture. Hazelnut Vodka is a must. Great music and vibe to the place and well worth some of your time.

My daughter and I were looking for a civilised relaxing place for a late lunch away from the noisy beach and crazy aftermath of Brighton Pride (which took place the night before). It was very hot... and people were still partying everywhere. Just a few steps from the seafront, we stumbled upon a beautiful courtyard and said to each other 'this looks nice'. We were so pleased we entered. The menu was simple but classy, the wine list the same. The patrons had thought of everything. They were very friendly. It's not just a restaurant, one can just have a drink and a snack (there is a separate bar menu). The decor is extremely tasteful and quite boho which we love. We sat in the courtyard which was half shade and half full sun. We checked out the interior and said this would be great in the winter too and we'll definitely be back. There was a really good ambiance. And the ladies loos were spotlessly clean, beautifully tiled and the scent and presence of high quality soap and hand cream was a nice touch. I said to my daughter, how come you've never discovered this place!? She's just graduated from Brighton University so lived here for 4 years. Love the Coach house, I've been for lunch a few times and it's always such a great atmosphere. Excellent food and excellent service. The outdoor terrace is gorgeous in summer and the indoors is really cosy with the central fire piece and fairy lights all around. Perfect for intimate dining and special events.

I visit The Coach House most weekends for a roast dinner-It's always perfectly cooked and presented. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always cater to our every need. Definitely recommend!!

Went here for a drink last night, I’ll return if you ditch the plastic straws? Went on to other bars where they were offering biodegradable straws, or none at all. I don’t need a straw in a G+T, thanks.

Until our puppy pee'd on the terrace and we got told off?Supposedly Doggy friendly and we washed it down with our ice bucket?Got proper told off for allowing our pup to piddle.Loved this place until then

Great service let dogs inside that’s why we went here. Food was ok nothing to shout about.

Terrible service and worse food, burnt toast, toast cooked on one side, horrendously rude waitress snatching the bill.
