Went here on Sunday for the art event was a great club staff friendly and atmosphere great will return !!! X

Really fun night, staff looked after us and the music was different from every other generic club.

It's got a great sound system, love the spacious dance floor and the staff are great! Have a drink and a dance and your good to go with a nice selection of mates!

Had a awesome night there quite a few times quite a few of us go there ....staff friendly to ...would be nice to get a seat ...and not be all for .v I p party's .....

Great place to meet with friends whether you want a couple of drinks after work or you want to get rowdy on a Saturday nite highly recommend going on a Saturday as it's the best nite in Reading!!! One love peace to ya'll

Friendly staff, decent manager and door staff. I witnessed them sorting out an issue fairly and professionally. Recommend.

Very welcoming place and the staff plus bartenders all did a great job to make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was great, much livelier than in Basingstoke and wonderful choice of music too. It has to be one of the best nights out in a very long time. Highly recommended!

Nice feel, Friendly staff, DJ knew exactly what to play. my only problems was it was ridiculously HOT inside - no fans, The outdoor smoking area is warm also there is no breeze as it’s only an open roof. Second the small drink glasses which were the same if you ordered water, I had to order like 4 to make a thirst quenching drink. We visited 21/4/18.

Nice venue.. But needs more bar staff. It was severely under staffed to cope with the volume of people.. Took an age to be served. Ps draft beers need to be served.

Waiting way to long at bar and this one guy had us waiting for 20 mins at bar and just kept serving people that were queuing behind us until a customer that had pushed in front of us actually had to call him out on it.

Very disappointed, just got home now still as sober as I was when I got in, drinks obviously watered down, as someone who works in the hospitality trade, I can honestly say that even though they had 'premium' brands on offer, no way did they have the brand in the bottles! I know this because after my friend had ordered a round , both didn't taste right, money wasn't an issue so I paid for another one straight away , stopped the barman before he put the mix in and tasted the straight spirit - Ive been in the pub trade for 20 years, there is no way that it was the original product , even the postmix was a cheap version, not coke or pepsi. Shame on you Sakura for openly ripping off all these people paying premium prices. The DJ had no idea what he was doing, Trying to dance to his mismatched beats were embarrassing, I can honestly say that I feel robbed tonight. Terrible

Table booked before hand and all of the Guestlist were supposed to have free entry yet half were still made to pay £5. We got there and there was no vodka at the table, took us 20 minutes to get any drinks to our table. Service was pretty abysmal, drinks I'm fairly sure are all watered down and overpriced.

In regards to the recent Halloween "Asylum" event, the organisation was an absolute shambles. Considering it was a ticketed Halloween event that fell on a Saturday, I would have imagined that management would have pre-empted just how busy it was going to be. But both the upstairs and downstairs were closed for either "VIP" or "Private function" pushing the majority of people to the one floor and bar. This bar had about 4 staff members attempting to serve hundreds of customers resulting in an hours wait just to get a drink.

I went for drinks at smash with the aim of playing wifwaf with some friends. We waited at the bar for 5 mins to book a table and then the bar man who was serving someone who arrived after us said that he had to 'flip a coin' to make it fair. The system is horrible and needs to be rectified immediately. Won't be going back, it was better when it was Sakura.

I have to say that I went to this venue on Monday and I am very disappointed with how rude the staff was towards myself when I questioned them about making homophobic remarks, being a gay man myself I am also shocked that this venue has a gay night and yet the staff are making homophobic remarks, this is absolutely fucking disgusting and I think it is safe to say that I will never step foot inside this place again. I would also like to add at this stage that this bar is well overpriced

Had a fantastic time getting ripped off by some slut saying it would be fun... Drink was fine but apparently I have to pay to dance, have fun, talk to a friend or sit down. Fuck this place.
