We needed a holiday. In the sun. To chill. To sample/eat good food and drink. Collette has helped us before. We wanted all-inclusive, privacy in a suite and great views in good accommodation.. We wanted a Greek Island and Collette kindly set about sorting options out for us. Collette provided options and we opted for Crete, Elounda Blu hotel. The week we had in the hotel was great. Flights and transfers were good (some slight delays with EasyJet but it is summer and busy).

The reception at the hotel was brilliant and all the staff we met were so genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set on a steep hill - we were at the top but no problem as there is a 'buggy' service that gets you up and down - it proved to be fun!!

Hotel was clean, food great - they had country food theme nights too, eg Italian.

Views from our room were fantastic - we had a great view of Spinalonga. Bus service helped with getting to Elounda and Plaka. Taxis are cheap also.

In summary we thoroughly enjoyed the week and we can't thank Collette enough for helping us at what was a difficult time for me and Val.

Score out of ten? Nine. I'm being picky here. There needs more clarity about the evening dress code. Some chap was told to change out of a smart vest whilst some ladies were, shall we say, not dressed for dinner, more for the beach. Put it this way I wouldn't get away with their shorts!! Also All-inclusive needs clarity as to what bars it operates in. This didn't bother us - I got to like the Pina Coladas and where to get them!! Val liked the Tequila Sunrise!!

I cannot recommend Collette more highly. From start to finish, the personal service she provided in relation to our recent holiday to Jamaica was excellent. When we experienced some issues with the hotel and contacted Colette from our holiday, she took charge, contacted the hotel directly and ensured the matter was resolved swiftly and successfully even successfully encouraging the hotel to compensate us for the problem.
