Collingwood Batchellor

We brought a 3 piece suite from the Horsham store which unfortunately had a design fault. We were immediately offered a replacement sofa, which unfortunately had the same fault. Collingwood and Batchelor then agreed to replace our suite with an alternative suite which, although more expensive, was heavily discounted. Throughout our dealings with the company we were dealt with efficiently, with courtesy, and excellent customer service.

Perfect service. They have a huge range and their coffee shop serves great coffee...

Lovely shop, lots of very nice things inside, I could have had a big spending spree, but settled for coffee and a cheese scone, will have to return when I have more cash , staff helpful and friendly, toilet lovely and clean.

Love love love this shop!! All my lounge and dinning room furniture is from here. Fantastic service, great advice and outstanding quality!

I've just had an ottoman bed and a sofa bed delivered. Excellent service from the delivery guys who had to carry the said items up 4 flights of stairs and then assemble the bed. I received friendly and helpful service from the sales team in the Worthing shop and the items appear to be of decent quality. One very happy customer. Thankyou!

I recently had an adjustable bed delivered from collingwood batchellor. The service I received was excellent and the delivery guys were lovely and very helpful! I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Have always found the worthing team extremely helpful and professional. Have bought a few pieces of furniture now, and the quality is consistently excellent. On a recent delivery, there was a small problem not of collingwood batchelor's making but everyone bent over backwards to put it right very quickly. We will always go here in preference to some of the faceless big chains, because cb really understand what customer service means.

The shop is lovely but we had lunch in the cafe and we were dissspointed with it! The reason is because my husband had a ploughmans which was nice with salad on the side but the salad had no dressing, a nice French dressing would have made it a lot more enjoyable. There were sachets of salad cream and mayo but we feel a simple oil and vinegar dressing would be far better! I had 2 slices which was awful! The bread was really thin and it was like eating Melba toast. It was so brittle that I was afraid of breaking my teeth! I would rather had paid more and had a baker's loaf that could have been sliced thicker than than supermarket sliced bread. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.

I have had absolutely appalling service so far from this company. A nest of tables I ordered on 1st Jan 2014 were originally to arrive at the beginning of April but I have just been told that they won't be in the warehouse until the end of April!! That's four months!! I would never have purchased from them if I had known at the time of order. They've had my money all this time as well which makes it worse. Will not be buying from them again.
