Fantastic efficient friendly service. Nothing too much trouble. The flowers last double the time of anywhere else I know or have used in the past. Cannot recommend enough. From weddings to funerals we have used conservatory. They always look beautiful you can tell the time and effort put into making and the quality you get is worth every penny.

Very poor my husband went in last week to buy an arrangement for his auntie funeral today and had seen the picture in the book shown to him and he’d requested the same with yellow roses with a backdrop this was from him the family and his parents . Much to his disguise six yellow � wilting roses tied together , no presentation at all or thought to them . They were lying their next to everyone’s else floral tributes , he couldn’t bring himself to say to his elderly parents that was what they could given money to and the tribute to his dads sister. He asked me to put this on as a review as he paid for delivery to funeral home direct so didn’t get to see them first otherwise he could of stopped them . He trusted you to provide what he s agreed to in your Catalogue , and you let him down you don’t get another chance at funerals please show some respect and delivery what they pay for and approve !!! I write this on his behalf as he has no Facebook but wished me to make his feelings heard .

Ordered same day flowers via Interflora. Didn't deliberately choose this company - they just picked up the order. I ordered an arrangement and a balloon. I chose the 'Be patient' delivery option as my Mum is 92. She was in all day. They left the flowers in a wheelie bin in the hot sun next to the back door. There was no balloon. The card was in an envelope that looked like a brown paper address label so we didn't find it until several hours later. I had to fish my Mum's surprise out of the bin to give it to her. Shameful.



Interflora said they'd arrange a redelivery of the balloon and sent this company an email. They didn't respond. My Mum sat waiting for her balloon all day today. When I chased it up Interflora said the customer service assistant shouldn't have promised the redelivery. My Mum now has to wait a second day for her balloon. Interflora think £15 is adequate compensation. I disagree.



The quality of the flowers wasn't great either. Large lilac roses were small and pink. Avoid this company if you love the person you are buying flowers for.
