We used Cophall parking for the first time this August. We have used previous meet & greet companies but this company was by far the best we've used. We were travelling with two young children so when we arrived at Gatwick and made the phone call to have our car brought to us and they said they were already waiting was fantastic! 100% recommend. Will definitely use for our holiday next year.

Very good service as always, have used Cophall several times in the past and will continue using them in the future, on my last visit to Cophall I left my car absolutely gleaming, but on collecting my car it had been parked by a large gravel puddle, and all down the drivers side of the car was covered in dirty gravel water which had dried in the sun , looked like my car had been on a rally, I was not impressed to say the least !! Spent a few hours cleaning it when I got home.

This is the second time using this service and it worked very well! Drop off was quick and easy and pick up was very efficient especially with kids!

My car was booked into Cophall for a long term with the arrangement that I would collect the car when back in the UK. In total I was in and out of Cophall 6 times. All the staff, office and drivers, were always polite and helpful. The waiting time to be taken to the airport or collected from the airport was never more than 5 minutes, and the journey time never more than 10 minutes. The minibuses were always exceptionally clean. E mail and telephone communication was always good and prompt and my car was always waiting for me on arrival. And the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Cophall Parking. Exceptional

I would like to give you guys such a huge thank you for all of your help yesterday. I flew back from Seville and I was very unwell on the plane back home. I came to collect my car and did not feel well enough to drive home. To my embarrassment, I got out of my car and into main reception and just started to cry. I told the staff I didn’t feel well at all to drive. You were all so friendly and caring to me and stayed with me. Then, somebody drove me to the hospital and you honestly don’t know how helpful you were. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise. Thank you so much. There needs to be more people in the world like you who show kindness. Thank you again. I will definitely be parking with you guys again, hopefully the next time, fully recovered and well! I am now safely at home with antibiotics and lots of rest! Thank you again.

Fast service and very friendly! Will definitely be using them again. We were running tight for time going to the Airport and the driver made a special effort to get us there on time.

As a regular business flyer I've previously used other airport parking companies, but I can safely say that Cophall provided the most efficient and friendly service of all. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more welcoming. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wishing to travel for business or leisure. I'm looking forward to using their first rate service again soon!

Absolutely exceptional service. Was due to land at LGW today at 12.00 but due to various issues got re-routed to LHR and landed there at 20.00. Emailed to advise them of situation whilst still in Iceland and got a really quick and very reassuring response. Finally got to LGW tonight at 23.30 and when I phoned through the office staff were aware of my situation and a bus was available within 5 minutes. After a very long day the driver who arrived couldn't have been anymore delightful or helpful. Highly recommended - will most certainly use for all LGW flights from now on. Thank you everyone :)

Absolutely brilliant service so hassle free thank you so much will definitely use again. You park so close to their main building there is no dragging cases across gravel, they helped us get the cases straight on the bus then parked the car for us. They even saw me struggling with two small children and offered to help with an umbrella. thank you so much. wouldn't use any other airport car park now.

Used Cophall Parking for the first time. Would recommend anybody needing to use long or short stay car parking at gatwick to give them a call. Transport to and from airport or hotel prompt efficient and polite. Car parked onsite and not driven half way round the country to some random field for storage. The car was ready at front collection point for loading of cases and easy departure. Will defo use again if we need to fly from gatwick in the future. Many thanks

We have used Cophall Parking for a number of years now, and although we have no issues with the service when dropping the car off, the transfer to the airport and the overall security of the car, we have noticed the last 2 times we have used them (the most recent being from the 18th - 21st June) that the wait for the pick up from the airport is taking much much longer. We were being picked up from the North terminal this time, and from the time of the call to the office to when we were collected was around 35 - 40 minutes later. In total, 3 Cophall buses came and went, dropping people off but not picking up while we waited, and each time the driver said "sorry, but I have no room - another bus will be along soon". It looks like they have become a failure of their own success, as they do not seem to be able to cope with their increase in business. After using this car park for a number of years, we are now considering alternatives. Sorry... :-(

I was told to call them for a pick up when I was leaving the airport, which I did. I was picked up 35 minutes later. I would advise anyone using Cophall Parking to call as soon as the plane lands. Three mini buses came & went while I was there, but my name was not on the list.

We left our car in this car park for only 4 days while we were away on a short break abroad. Arriving back to the car park they informed us that the car was not starting. According to the boss they have been trying to start it all day. With this they caused more and more problems. Why were we only informed about all this at 4pm in the afternoon??? They shouldn’t have started to fix the problem themselves before informing us. They are not mechanics. They were blaming different things (battery, fuel, engine, cold weather) and we got divers information from different people while sorting out the problem. The car had no faults previously at all and a month ago it was left outside in the cold weather for even 2 weeks without any problems.

I had the misfortune of coming back from holiday to discover a scratch down the entire side of my car. I complained at the time and my details were taken along with photographic evidence. I was advised I would have the results of your investigation by the 23-Jun-15. It's now the 26th and not only have I not had a resolution, but both my subsequent emails have gone unanswered and you won't deal with the complaint verbally. This was my first time using you and not only will I not be coming back, I won't be recommending you to anyone either. Not impressed.

Do you delete all the critical reviews? You know, the ones by people who are unhappy because their car has been damaged while in your care? I await your reply...

Anthony Burns Don't use this company I had my tablet damage back in Febuary 16. Told them a couple of hours later when at the airport. informed them when I got back. wrote a number of emails to MR Jocye the so call manager. I think a brewery and a pissup comes to mind when dealing with him. still waiting fot the for my last responce.
