Well our order from Coucou arrived on time and very well packaged. It tasted delicious my kids said " OMG it's the best hotdog & burger we have ever had" the sweet potato fries are fantastic too highly recommend

Walked past a few times and thought looked really good and very clean. Ordered burgers for delivery. Turned up really hot and were so so tasty and juicy. Will definitely order again and try more of the menu.

Visited tonight with my daughter for pizzas and sweet potato fries after work. Really friendly staff, quick service (under 15 mins for takeaway) and really great food. As a fellow trader on Boundary Rd, it's great to be able to genuinely recommend another independent business on the street.

Top marks for pizza and garlic pizza bread! Making working late bearable, all 3 pizzas were good quality ingredients and the bases were light, and bubbled. Thank you we will be back.

Coucou is super friendly when we walk in. everything is made when you order so it's always fresh and delish. When I go there it's always around dinner time and they are busy but never rush you. Delicious pizza! This is much better than any chain pizza. Great local joint, would definitely recommend

Just treated my kids to a takeaway chicken burger and chips for tea as it is a special occasion. The order arrived very quickly and looked nice and fresh. The special order requirements which I requested to please my fussy eaters had been met. They both really enjoyed it. Not a morsel left for me! We will order again another time.

Food is lovely usually but this is the second time now we have waited an hour and a half for food. Its a joke! When i call, they say delivery is already out so within 5mins....what they mean is they are just sending it out the shop! Just recieved and the bun had mould on. Will never use again!

horrendous experience. Placed an order at 19:20 and was advised via their website it would take 45mins - 1hr to deliver. Called the restaurant at 20:35 and was advised the food would be with us within minutes.



20mins later called back the restaurant and was advised someone would call the delivery driver to get an ETA. Again, 20 mins past and no phone call. Rang the restaurant back and this time was advised our order didn't exist, despite £58.20 leaving my bank account.



So not only have I been lied to I have been robbed!! Looking forward to this "refund".



Never ordering from this place ever again.

Took my payment and never bothered to deliver my food, no response, no apology, and refund only after chasing multiple times. Wouldn't recommend.

Took 2 hours to deliver one cold burger and chips. 35 minutes late. No offer of any discount as they had been 'really busy'. It's Saturday night, prepare for that kind of thing, no? Won't be ordering again.

There was no option to say that I have no idea if I liked it or not because 2hrs after ordering we are still waiting for it and cannot get through on the phone to find out where it is!!

No recommend at all really poor quality ingredients. I was expecting something better in the burger then just one piece of cucumber, no lettuce basically and beef patty made 3 days ago.

Just ordered takeaway to HUGE disappointment!! After reading reviews with such high admiration for the place only to be greeted with a dry over cooked pizza. A so called "meaty hotdog" which had one single slice of bacon and a sausage, so much for a meaty hot dog more like a slither of meat of course served on a 20p hot dog bun..

The exterior of the restaurant promises high end food instead I got an inexperienced "Italian" food

Just had an order delivered and found a metal staple in the bottom of my fries and when phoned to inform them I was accused of lying. So on reflection avoid this place at all costs.

Is Coucou under new managent? Quite honestly the most disgusting food and customer service I've ever experienced....how can somewhere go from being so good to this in less than a year!
