Have been coming to cover for the last 2 year or so. Went in store for lashes and eyebrow threading.Very pleased with lashes and shape of eyebrows. The only thing that let the experience down is that I had to have a different lady do each treatment as one wasn't trained to do threading. Seems to be a few new staff members that aren't fully trained.

Got my Eyebrows done here.. I love them.. after a long time found a nice place to get them done.. Have been to the cover in metrocentre and Newcastle, bt like it here more. It was a bit painful bit it was worth it .. Defo going back

Called in today on spec for a plain gel polish - fitted me in and happy with my nails

Been coming here for years for my eyebrows waxed or threaded and tinted and always been very happy with the result, But after coming today and paying not realizing the price had went up 50% since my last visit 6 weeks ago I don't think I will be back. I understand prices increase over time but 50% just seams a lot.

Made an appointment for a henna design on my hand, but when I arrived they said I never booked an appointment, after showing th the messages of me booking the appointment they then said they never ordered the stock. They also had no customer service skills as they weren't even apologetic about the situation.

I first went to cover to get semi permanent lashes done. They fell off within 3 days. I was told they would do them again for free. Fair enough I thought. Only when I went for my appointment they had double booked and said they couldn't do semi permanent but they could fit me in for 'party lashes' I reluctantly agreed as it was Saturday and I knew I wouldn't get another appointment elsewhere at that short notice. I asked if I could have my brows tinted too.

It was a total mistake I should of never agreed to any more treatments and just cut my losses.

She rushed through the job. The glue was all over my eyes I could barely get my eyes open and they were already really sore. She had spilt glue under my eyes and there was tint all over my forehead where she had leant on it and rubbed it into my head. It's been over a week now and the glue is so thick on my eyes they are all inflamed. I've had to take 2 days off work last week because my eyes were so bad. I've been to see other beauticians who won't touch them because the job is so bad they have said it will strip all my own natural lashes out. Half have already fell out under the thickness of the glue.

I strongly recommend you think again if considering visiting this salon. There are other far more reputable and professional beauticians in the Washington area.
