I would just like to apologise for all the issues I've caused my customers over the past few months. I have had huge personal issues with depression and anxiety - I decided to help the issue I would return to work origionally the job was 4 days per week. I've been waiting and hoping for this to be sorted as I've been working 5 days per week however I've been told it's no longer possible. I took up offers of support but I've been let down and orders haven't been posted as they... should have. I'm working as many hours as possible to fix this - I only have limited access to my business as it's run out of a rented office. I have posted out the majority of outstanding orders that I am aware of and they should arrive tomorrow or Thursday. I'm so very sorry for not responding to everyone's messages. Any one who has ever suffered from anxiety and depression will understand how easy it is to bury your head in the sand while a sand storm swirls around you. I am making plans to change my business to allow orders to be shipped faster. It doesn't matter how long ago you have ordered, I would like to clear up any and all issues by the end of the week, especially anyone who has paid via bank payment.

... Each kit includes
5 printed bow loops 5 glitter tails 5 glitter centres 5 alligator clips
Just add scissors and a glue gun!
1. Cut out the 5 loops. (printed sheet) 2. Use your gun to glue the loop tabs in the centre of the bow. (Make sure your loop is even on both sides) 3. glue the bow loops onto the tails. (Make sure you match up the centres for an even bow) 4. glue the centre strip to the back of the bow. wrap it around the tail and loops and glue the other end on the back. 5. Trim off any excess glitter from the centre strip. 6. glue along the back (flat) side if the clip and press it firmly onto the back of the clip. 7. Stand back and admire your creations!
