An unexpected problem. Channeling out the concrete floor to start laying heating and water pipes in and the over-site has collapsed under the concrete.
So laying heating pipes has turned into gunning up floor for us, at least they will all be finished properly with reinforced concrete insulation and screed ! 😄

Paths are laid right round the bungalow. Lovely sand stone natural slabs. Really finishes it off. All they need is pointing up when the rain goes away 🏠 🌧

Perfect weather to be getting the gutters, fascia and soffits round the existing bungalow today. Looks great around the porch too🏠

That’s the chimney down over that past couple of days. And a wall knocked down. Now for putting a few walls up for the bathroom and en-suite🏠 Holly helping cleaning the roof tiles while we are taking the chimney down.

Consumer unit changed for a customer today. Busy day. Fault on the downstairs lights sorted out and overcome!!

Fan light put up this morning for a customer in Newport. Looks nice hopefully will keep them nice a cool this summer !!

En-suite completely refitted for a customer in ryde over the past couple of weeks. What a transformation it has made from what it looked like before! Makes the room feel very spaciousness fresh! 🏠

A blustery day today, Working with the guys at Rebel Marine to get their new pontoon socket connected and tested. After we had run the cables a couple of weeks ago, the bollard finally arrived!

Out next project taking shape. All sockets and spurs in the right places. A couple of walls plasterboarded and filled, also a wall had been plastered.

Busy 3 days in Essex for Cranham Caravans replaced 2 caravan hook ups in the valeting bays.
Also there other site in Hatfield Peverel installed new double caravan hook up points for their yard and handover bays.
And a big thank you to f1 on the Isle of Wight for supplying us the galvanised posts they look great !

That’s the kitchen and hallway decorated. New skirtings, architraves, doors, lights, and flooring throughout.
Time for the carpet fitters to measure up the hall and lay new carpet.
