Crawley Foyer is part of Sussex Central YMCA.
Our Mission is Tackling youth Homelessness by Motivating young people for permanent independent.

Crawley Foyer takes on young people in crisis and inspires them to make positive changes to their lives by helping them with housing and employment opportunities.

Although we give priority to people ages (16-25) from the Crawley area we're also part of a national organisation called the Foyer Federation. As in all Foyer, we provide vulnerable young people with a safe home in a supportive and structured environment.

we also help them overcome exclusion and disadvantage by providing opportunities to gain qualifications and training. the aim to put them into a good position to enter the world of work, gain independance and then to move onto a home of their own.

Foyer residents come from all types of background and have very different support needs. but what they do all have in common is experience of homelessness or housing crisis. many are also coping with family illness and consequence problems at school. every young person we help has gone through extremely tough times at a stage in their live when it can seem impossible to know what to do.

Foyer also acts as a hub for other community groups who work with or want to help young people - including our buisness partners.
