Had a great dessert-filled lunch with the family yesterday afternoon. Food was prepared freshly and arrived in good time, plus I got a can of cream soda, which I've not had for years, so result! Definitely be going again but will make sure I have somewhere to lay down afterwards.

Great place to pop in just for a coffee or a bit of sweet tooth therapy!

Definitely a keeper and an asset to your team.

So disappointed that they don't do smaller portions for kids (unless they are 3 ) you really need to find a way of doing half a waffle, pancakes can already be done, 1 instead of 2 . First day of half term and it wasn't even half full at lunch time �

It seems people are going to other places that have sprung up......I know we will now.

It's ok staff seemed friendly enough BUT after a 20 minute wait we were seated we had my

8yr old granddaughter her dad and uncle we placed our order which we recieved at different times my poor granddaughter got hers last and by the time she did receive it we had all finished ours.. and it seemed she only got hers when i complained I was told they only have one waffle maker well im sorry if creams want to stay in business and serve their customers on time and together then they should invest in the equipment to cope with the service i've never been to a restaurant where you get served your meal at different times to the rest of your party

I have taken my family this evening as a treat before back to reality after Christmas .

It was very quiet when we got there so got seated straight away �� on the dirty seats ��. We did move to another table but that one wasn't that clean either...

I went to order the food, aware of the January sale as l have looked it up before we went. It wasn' t advertised anywhere in the restaurant so l did ask. I was quoted a price and after l asked the 10% discount was applied to the certain items. ( it is advertised as 50% on your facebook page).

Plates and cutlery were grubby so over all not the best experience.

Friendly & they did explain hot /cold come out at different times but we all had hot. Waffles came. Nearly finished then cookie dough/ crepes came. Hot drinks nearly last too. Trainee on till just as we are about to take our order but she was fine a little slow & couldn't find some items. But everyone needs to learn! No Cutler but asked & that was there for us to help ourselves to. To be honest I think you needed 2 extra staff to help out. As the lady at the door was very busy. And she was clearly / wiping down chairs/ tables floor & high chairs & the food prep area/ tills was slow. We will come again as it's a lovely treat!

Went for a treat with my mum and so ....my sons I team came out with no spoon, he had finished his ice cream and about 5 minutes after my mums crepe arrived. I waited and mum had almost finished her crepe when I went in and asked for a refund for mine, saying both people had eaten their treat and I didn’t want mine as that wasn’t what the trip was about. The staff were apologetic and saw my point of view and gave me a full refund as my treat went out to the table.....too late! Not sure I’d rush back in a hurry... also not very clean...

Got a table straight away as not very busy but had to wait 20 mins for a warm coffee to arrive then one dish 5 mins later and the other 2 another 5-10 mins later! If this is how they perform on a quiet day god knows how they cope on busy days. Staff were apologetic but this was my first and probably last experience of Creams.

9:23pm - Called to complain about size as I wasn’t convinced I’d paid £10 for this I was then promised to have my order resent ASAP



10:17pm - Called to locate second order told driver would be 20 minutes



10:35pm - Second order delivered



10:37pm - Second order delivered and refund requested

Well I have been to Creams in Chatham several times with the wife. The last time we went I had the "Berry Burst" and it was wonderful, full of fruit strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc. Well this time it was absolutely awful, full of pink and white ice cream and no fruit to mention. One blackberry, couple of canned raspberries, no one slice of strawberries at all. Total ripped off, as not as seen in picture on their menus. I complained at the counter, and all the girl could say is "we use the same fruit", what bloody fruit there was non to speed off. Please do not waist your time and money going to Creams at Chatham, you do not get what you pay for..Rip off merchants...�

This place is a joke, husbands dessert came out quite quick, ok no problem, but had to wait a good 20 minutes or so for mine to arrive, by this time he’d eaten his and was left waiting for me, they were both on the same order. Really inexperienced staff, who didn’t even bat an eyelid to this!

Terrible service tonight...waitress was rude when we asked for a little bit more ice cream as they seemed to have made the portion sizes smaller...waitress said NO....so we had dry waffles which was disgusting...place has gone right down hill since it opened.

Saturday night really busy 10 min wait to be acknowledged to be seated 1 waiter dealing with the whole restaurant ordered two milkshakes and a sundae and cookie dough simple but waited 40 mins for a sundae which was eaten before cookie dough and milkshakes even came out 1st and last time I will be going to creams.

I have to say it's really gone down hill not great customer service the crepes are not great both me and my friend have put them to the side of the table the hot chocolate I have ordered is so watery it has no taste. What a waste of money this evening extremely disappointed

Normally its just a long wait when you go but today I was absolutely disgusted with the service I received.



In my order I found a large hard piece of plastic in my ice cream. I noticed it in the first little bit on the spoon which I was about to feed to a 1yr old.

When I took my order back the ladies were unapologetic and rude.

A lady came to the table to speak to me. I explained what I had found and asked for a full refund . Her answer was 'It was only a bit of plastic'... she was extremely rude towards me and handle the situation very unprofessionally.

It could have been easily resolved but due to the service it wasnt. There was 6 of us at the table who normally enjoy a little creams visit but we were all appalled by the way I was spoken to.



To make it worse the main ice cream tub my scoop came from was not checked for any more plastic or any other contamination... good luck to the next person who orders it!!

I really was not happy with the service. When we got there it was busy. They said it would be a 20 min wait which was fine. After 30 min we was waiting but not only that, a large group came in after us and got seated before us! There was only 3 of us but they put the large group in front of us which resulted us waiting much longer. The staff was polite and the food was ok once we got the right order but after the experience we will not be coming back soon. It took over an hour for our order and they put a trainee on the tills taking orders. Not a good idea on a busy Saturday !

Given that this isn’t a “restaurant”, in the typical sense, and provides desserts, it took a very long time to get seated, order and be served.



The layout of the place isn’t conducive of a smooth running restaurant, from the point of entry to being served.



It demonstrates a lack of training, and management and disappointing.



The dessert was good, but for the time taken, we expect better.

Disappointed. Visited the store hoping for improvements and again seems to be lacking leadership. My desert came rather quickly but my partners took 20 mins to come out.. baring in mind this was a waffle, strawberries and cream. With less than 15 people in the restaurant, you have to question how can they get it so wrong when it's not even busy. Dread to think what happens on a busy night.

Bad experience last night. Will be emailing to explain in full but in short:

- Filthy place,

- Poor service (missed items, food sent to wrong tables, struggle to seat you even with plenty of empty booths)

- Ice creams not made to description and over priced. Cheaper out on ingredients.

- long waits for food.

We came here earlier on last year and thought it as good, this time it’d gone seriously downhill! Won’t be returning. Owners should be ashamed of establishment they are running.
