Visited today during a very busy Saturday lunch time. Staff apologised for the wait, but we hardly had to wait any time at all! We timed it well because as we left people had started queuing to be seated. This is a reflection on the number of available tables rather than the efficiency of the service. Staff were attentive and friendly. We were told the bubble waffle would be 20 minutes but it arrived in about 5. The bubble waffle and hot cookie dough were both amazing (and huge), in fact everything was lovely. Wonderful addition to the high street. We will be back.

Great ice cream

Absloute fluke today whilst over the road at the bank (and hearing so much about Creams opening from our daughter who was conveniently at work) we noticed people in the window eating lovely things!! I looked at my husband, he looked at me and as if by Mr Ben magic!....we were transported inside your store being shown the ordering ropes by your very lovely, knowledgeable and excited assistant Darinah. We giggled our way through your naughty banana and strawberry split, banoffle waffle, some kind of beyond delicious milkshakes thinking how we would be in trouble with the daughter for sending the 'we had creams before you did....Ner' pics! then had to come home and lie down to let the sugar rush subside whilst thinking what a wonderfully naughty afternoon we just had! Thank you Creams we shall see you soon �

1st time going today sooo happy you opened in epsom, were one of the first in at evening opening so were seated quickly and order came out quick too , loved what we ordered (bubble pop waffles sweet shop and banoffee) and staff are friendly and made sure we were happy will be back for more :)

Cannot fault the staff at all from as soon as we arrived at the door they were polite, friendly and went that extra mile to make sure our experience was the best! Whilst I'm aware you are new still there are a few things that need ironing out like staff remembering that if customers are sat near the till/service area we can hear everything likewise we can also see everything so just be aware that sometimes hearing swear words and seeing people flick fingers at each other jokingly isn't a pleasent sight, also seeing staff do relevant paper work on shop floor doesn't give the professional feel that the rest of the shop is going for! Again these aren't complaints as our experience was lovely and we passed on compliments to staff just a few niggles that could be ironed out, but we would definitely come back and wish you all the best of luck as the shop begins to flourish :)

Food served at different times, so abit cold when eventually arrived, took ages to get seated, staff had to bring drinks out later as ran out and weren’t chilled. They have cut back on a lot of their ice cream flavours which is a shame. Could do with more toilets as only 1 unisex one. But staff really friendly. Cutlery could do with a better clean also. But again all new and teething issues. But wouldn’t put us off going again x

Staff need better training. Had to ask several times for our drinks which we got after we finished our desserts! Also saw young girl staff member lying backwards on a table whilst others were having personal conversations in front of the customers. Not sure I would come back as it did seem very unorganised and unwelcoming

Was disappointed with the service the staff gave me and my family.

I would of thought with it being new and fresh that it would be a happy and friendly environment?

It seemed the staff are all rushed off their feet and forgotten the basics - like cleaning the restaurant and basic customer service.

•Drinks I ordered had run out

•The water table was dirty and there were no cups. I had to ask for one and the lady serving was blankly asking her colleagues about cups rather than just handing me one??

•Toilet was dirty and had no loo paper & water all over the floor

•Our food all came at different times. Out of 4 of us there was a 6 minute gap inbetween each ice cream. Surely they should come at once!? That wouldn’t happen in a restaurant for lunch/dinner.

My 2 year old was served last and his ice cream was half melted when he got it - he was sad that it was so watery

When I explained this to your staff member (she didn’t have a name badge or uniform like the others) she just said “ok” and smiled at me then walked away!!! Thought she may of apologised or replaced his melted expensive ice cream. But no!



The young lady who showed us to our table was your saving grace! She was polite & the most friendly out of the bunch!

We came as they children really wanted to come, but we sadly won’t be back.

Queued to get a table & queued to place an order. Repeated ourselves several times and corrected those taking the order. Total for waffles, pancakes and some ice cream was over £45 !! Desserts were very good but there were 7 in our group and the last person was finally served once everyone else had finished. I won’t be rushing back.

Waited ages at the tills for somebody to come over and serve us. The staff seemed very rude/not with it. Music is ridiculously loud.. waaaay to busy and hectic and this was at 9pm! Couldn’t sit and relax. Would suggest Kingston Creams instead.

Terrible service!! Waited forever to get a take away then waited again after I'd ordered, your ordering system doesn't work. I appreciate its a hot busy day but I didn't appreciate being told (quite sarcastically) my order had only been on for 4 mins I'd queued already for 20 mins. Why don't you just serve takeaway orders as they're requested instead of having to queue twice?!? Also please could you consider some vegan ice cream options. I'm sorry to say we won't be going back anyway
