The waffle was nice & warm & there was loads of toppings. Enjoyed it very much & both turned up really quickly. Place was really nice & clean including the toilets.

Whilst the decor makes the place look like a tacky strip club the desserts are amazing and the service is friendly.

We can just about tolerate the glitter long enough to scoff down our waffles which are the best!!!

Visited yesterday with my daughter and loved it. Their services was much better than the one in Reading. It wasn't busy but it wasn't quite at the same time, the waitress who welcome us,was friendly and polite,she asked us where we want to sit,and at the same time explaining how to order etc. She even told us our table number. Ordered our crepes and milkshake,and delivered in our table after 5-10minutes. The only problem was the toilet,but then I blame the other customer who just don't care about being clean. Why put/flush tampoons in the public toilet when you don't do it in your own home?

This was a treat for my girls. They were so excited and loved the experience, I think it was more the fact that their friend's have been.

Pancakes and ice-cream. Very pricey for what they had but the staff were lovely and friendly and even offered to make a new pancake as one of my girls got icing sugar on hers which she didn't want but actually ended up loving it. A one off experience and two very happy girls. You can't beat that.

We have visited Camberley 3 times and haven't seen an enthusiastic staff member yet! There have always been uncleared tables. I had a problem with using the app and the staff member at the till didn't listen to me, she got impatient with me and if she had of listened to my entire order I wouldn't of got a lecture and no apology when it was clear she had not listened to me! It's not welcoming and if there was a creams nearer to us we would never visit that one again!!!

We came for my son's birthday yesterday, on the big screens it showed you got a free waffle when it was your birthday, we were told by staff that we needed to download the app to receive this, we did that and it still didn't show up so we couldn't get it- it shouldn't be advertised if it's not valid... the kids menu is the same price as an adults which isn't cheap now they have changed the menu. Lots of it left due to the kids portions being too big so I felt like we spent a fortune for nothing. I probably won't bother going back again as the bill was 5* price for something that was only worth 2*...

Visited yesterday around 1 with 4 friends..

There was only about 10 people in there.

The puddings were lovely....but the service was poor.

Ordered coffees and teas no saucers and no milk jugs...no spoons with teas had to ask for them.

We had to ask for the table to be cleared after about an hour and even then plates and cups were left behind....dread to think if the place was busy what the service would be like...

It was OK. Bit slow. Waitress bought everything individually. A tray would have made her life easier. I wanted a double Espresso with the hot milk on the side. It came. No milk and in a small cup. I asked her to change it which she did but it ended up in a tall cup which isn't really what you would put it in and a whole paper cup full of hot milk !!! Enough for about 6 people's coffee.



My son had hot chocolate. Was expecting it to be really lovely and chocolatey for the price but it was in fact the thin watery type. Very disappointing. My husband had a mocha magnifico with chocolate sprinkles and cream but he said his was weak in flavour.



On the plus side my daughters Oreo Frappe was really tasty.



If I was to sum it up in one word I would say over rated and expensive.



Two toilets were also out of order.

Just took a group of girls to Creams for my daughters 10th Birthday and after having heard so many good things about it I was so disappointed! The waffles weren't bad but 2 of the Sundaes were so awful they weren't even touched. The real disappointment was that after paying close £70 none of the staff pointed out there was an app to earn rewards. When I saw it on the screen and downloaded it the manager told me it was too late and wouldn't help putting my rewards into the app. There was a free hot drink for signing up but coffee machine but broken so couldn't have that and we spent enough to earn a free waffle but they just couldn't be asked to help us! I won't be going back.

First time visted got the kids some ice cream the wife a drink and I ordered a coffee which never turned up, The boys icecream where no bigger than what you get at a harvester for £3.95 and I payed £7 each, When we finished spend another 10mins in the que to tell them I never got my drink so they just gave me my money back without a sorry or offer of a free drink I had to ask for a fee take away coffee don't think I'll be going back

We were given the wrong order, when we told the guy servicing us he rolled his eyes and stormed off, that’s not great customer service especially when the fault wasn’t ours, they were happy to take our money, so we should have had our order and the service we expected. Would have to question if we would go back.

Very disappointing end to a great evening with family and friends.

Visited yesterday evening.

Every time I visit at least one of the toilets is out of order. Last night the only toilet that was in use was disgusting, it was filthy and the handles were falling off the door.

There was rubbish strewn all over the floor outside and then when staff did decide they would pick it up, I never saw a single one of them wash their hands afterwards!

Not only that but there was no vanilla ice cream!

Literally disgusted!

Visited last weekend, wasn't busy at all. As soon as we arrived we were informed there were no crepes left or any cake which takes a big chunk of the menu away! The menu had changed which was awful the choice wasn't as good! They have no diary or gluten free choices which nowadays everyone has that option normally. One of our desserts had a hair in it!! Which is disgusting! And we ordered 2 kids desserts so they are meant to be smaller and they come out actually the same size as an adults which means so much ice cream etc gets wasted! It's not cheap either!!! The staff don't look like they know what they are doing. And the general hygiene is awful. All the tables are sticky etc. I don't think I saw one member of staff do any cleaning while we were there, and we were there a while as there were 11 of us! Won't be going again!!

Very very poor service. This was our first visit here and we were really looking forward to it after leaving our restaurant round the corner to have a desert at Creams. We were shown to our table by a waitress that really couldn't be bothered with us. My wife and 2 year old went to the counter after we had chosen what we wanted. My wife changed her mind at the counter after seeing coffee ice cream in the display. She ordered 3 deserts for us and a strawberry milkshake. After they had come to join me back at out table we waited and waited and waited for our order. It was about 20 minutes. The place wasn't busy at all. The waitress came to our table and said they had no coffee flavour left, well it must have sold in tbe time my wife saw it at the counter and getting to pay for it. She chose a different flavour. Our order eventually arrived, but no milkshake. I thought it would be here any minute, but no. We had finished our ice cream, which was nice. Then eventually I managed to catch the same waitress. I made her aware that our milkshake hadn't arrived, she looked at me in disgust like I was lying. She then said "well do you still want it"? Of course I still want it we've paid for it!! I asked for it to be takeout as we needed to leave. She eventually returned, slammed it down on the table and not even a sorry, just a "there you go", turned on her heels and left, so did we, never to return again!

Really unfortunate situation on Monday 11th. I went to creams with one of my best friends and her partner as I’ve come over to see them from New Zealand (haven’t been back for 7 years). Was looking forward to something light and fresh so had the plain pancakes with vanilla ice cream and a scoop of pistachio gelato. Little did we know we’d all be in serious pain for the rest of the day and overnight. Each one of us had extreme cramps, hot and cold flashes, diarrhoea and vomiting. Had to waste a day in agony! Please look into your ice cream stations it’s possible someone contaminated the gelato or undercooked the pancakes. Either way haven’t slept all night and really regret going.

My first ever visit to Creams today. Was looking forward to it having heared such great things about the deserts. There were 7 of us and the ice creams / deserts were lovely, as good as we expected. But the place was disgusting. Considering it hasn't been open that long, the whole pace looked like it needed a good wash. There were only a few tables occupied, but plenty of staff. Standing around chatting appeared more important than cleaning. The one girl that was cleaning, was wheeling a wheelie bin through the centre of the eating area. That cannot be hygienic. The toilets were filthy, the tables and chairs sticky, even the glass display cabinets were greasy. The whole place needs a deep clean. I would love to go to Creams again, but it won't be the Camberley branch.

I've never experienced a creams with such poor service. Ordered food and a milkshake, the food took over 30 minutes, the milkshake came once the food with finished! It was sat, waiting for over 15 minutes, so food came cold. The milkshake had sat there for so long it had gone warm, and all the chocolate sunk to the bottom of the glass. When we mentioned they said they can't do anything about the cold food but can refund the milkshake, absolute waste of money. Go to reading creams instead!!

Absolutely awful, we arrived there on the 27th and ordered our food (3 sundaes and pancakes) at 16:30 and it didn’t arrive until 17:05! The staff spent the majority of their time stood around chatting or concentrating on clearing tables whilst customers orders were waiting on the counter to be served. When our food was eventually delivered the sundaes were finished by the time the pancakes arrived so my wife had to sit and watch as my children and I ate our rapidly melting sundaes! Disappointing as the Reading branch was always fantastic

5 of us ordered food & Tea/coffee . Food was ok. We were given Tea & coffee ☕️ without saucers & were told they didn't have any as they needed washing up. One desert spoon to share between five of us to make the tea/coffee!! Had to ask for milk, it came in a cup as they said milk jugs were in washing up. Had to ask for sugar. No toilet roll in the ladies. We did go at a quiet time. Did enjoy the waffles & icecream tho
