Would like to thank peter for his help with a dogs harness that he also fitted on our bulldog and made our dog that is very nervous a very happy experience.

We moved to Banbury 6 months ago and was recommended to use Crofts; now we will not shop elsewhere. The staff are really friendly and love animals. A lot of people have prejudiced opinions regarding Staffords, but they made my two fuss pots feel really welcome and gave them lots of attention. Peter Butt has helped us with absolutely everything regarding my dogs and has been a godsend when we have been unsure about anything. I couldn't recommend this lovely family run business more if I tried.

We have shoped in Crofts since we moved to Banbury 19 years ago...with three dogs....we then aquired 16plus rabbits, free roamimg in the garden all neutered with the largest group being 13, 4 chinchillas and then 2 cats. We lost 2 dogs and acquired 2 more subsequent to those losses. Sadlly the rabbits and chinnies are all running free and out of pain now. After we lost our last dog 3 years ago we said never again....mmm....hello Maizie....the cats are still with us, Tilly and Mac. We moved to Daventry nearly six years ago, yes we had a break from travelling to Banbury but we are back again, the knowledge is fantastic......and some of the staff are still there from many years ago so knowledge base is fab yet up to date. Very competitive prices....fantastic selection, no hard sales...friendly family based business who remember the customer

Popped in to pick up some dog food for my new pup and was really impressed with the help and advice I was given by Will. So much so I am now a repeat customer several times over

I needed a life jacket for my puppy and was unsure of sizes. They ordered me a couple in and were brilliant about helping me fit it. The staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

I just wanted to say thank you to the amazing man who helped me last week (sorry, I don't know your name!) He gave me brilliant advice on the best food for my new and rather chubby cat as well as some little treats and catnip on the house to help my new little mate settle in. Not been that impressed by customer service in such a long time, thank you so much!

I don't normally do reviews but felt that I had to today. Today I called the store and asked for lead advice and was told just to pop in and try some out. Popped in and just could not ask for better customer service. The man that helped had lots of time for us and our dog and really helped. Dog even got little treat for being good. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

It's lovely to be able to go into a pet shop and speak to someone who actually knows what there talking about unlike some pet shops who don't have a clue ;) have been a customer at your shop for many years brought pets from you and food etc to for aslong as I can remember :)



The staff go out of there way to make sure you get as much information & the best customer service possible they are always friendly and approachable and happy to help:)

Crofts is simply the best pet shop there is you can get anything for the smallest to the largest pet here and at great prices + the staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything. I will always use crofts pet foods .

Always wonderful, and we've been customers since moving here in 2015.They'll bend over backwards to help you; when we couldn't find a replacement for my cat's favourite toy anywhere, they ordered one in for us!
