We are, like most CrossFit boxes based on a warehouse site amongst a fair number of other businesses. Sometimes this can make locating one particular business a little tricky. So, when you enter Barton Road make a right at the T junction (you'll know you are there because you'll see the big cow! ). Then turn immediate left and into the car park. Swing a right as soon as your'e in, and then turn left at the end of the units (you'll see our sign attached to the fence at this point). Follow the units down to around 3 /4 of the way and bingo! There we are.

Not competing? Then please come along and support our athletes who will be honouring our heroes and celebrating Armed Forces Day 2018. We want a sea of spectators to cheer our athletes on!!
... There's a BBQ (all contributions greatly received) There's raffle prizes (and we mean really, really good prizes) There's a great vibe and atmosphere We'll have a great photographer (Jon Ellis) The sun will be out What more could you possibly want?
Doors open 8:30am (first WOD 9am) and we'll continue through to around 3:30pm.

🏋️♂️🏋️♀️TO ALL ATHLETES TAKING PART IN OUR UPCOMING COMPETITION NEXT WEEK🏋️♀️🏋️♂️
Yup NEXT WEEK!
WODs will be announced on and during the day.... There will be sufficient warm-up time given before each WOD. This is an all inclusive event meaning everyone will have the opportunity to take part, Rx or scaled. We will run heats and each will have a team of 6 qualified judges. There will be awesome prizes for each WOD. WOD's 1-3 will be based on best effort and they will be qualifier WODs. WOD 4 will be the final. Those that go through will be highest scoring for WODs 1-3. Winners for WOD 4 will also receive awesome prizes.
The BBQ will put in an appearance! Please make sure you complete the sheets on the notice board re your attendance athlete or spectator!
We are doing this to support our forces and to honour our heroes. Hard work, hard effort, maybe a PB or two as well. Its gonna be fun, folks!
