This class by far is one of the most popular completing a timed circuit designed to push you to your own limits and allow you to work at your own pace meaning all fitness abilities and ages are welcome... Last night, I tried @thebodycoach Salmon Tandori Cauliflower Dish... It certainly went down a treat and was easy to make.
Give it a try, was simply roasting vegetables with Tandori Spice, Ground Cumin and Tumeric spice, topped with cucumber and mint yoghurt!
