Wow the assistant Chelsea was brilliant sourced the 2 items I wanted as was not in stock and is picking them up for me from portsmouth , can't get better customer service than that

Useless clueless staff as always. Asked for a USB C cable. They had no idea and just took me round all the cable shelves I had already looked at including IPhone accessories. Eventually got one in carphone warehouse in the store.

Took my PC back because their was a fault on 21st November, I have been paying the Monthly fee to be covered with technical support. About a week-10 Days later, tried to call to see how it was getting on, was told they will call back....no one called. Repeated this over the next few Weeks, told the same thing....no one called. Today I found out after a lengthy call (yes I called them again) That it may have been sent Direct to HP.......I spoke to the Guys at HP (who were very helpful), they told me they received the unit YESTERDAY, why is there no Customer Service, Why Could they not tell me anything? Have they not got one shred of decency? Nearly a Month with no contact, they did not try to contact me ONCE! I bet they don't even reply to this!

Paid nearly £800 for a fridge/freezer, they couldn't book the delivery in there and then so said they would ring that evening. NOTHING! 5 days later still NOTHING! Customer services can't do anything as I don't have a delivery number. Chichester branch WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Customer services have emailed them to ring me still NOTHING! My only option now is to drive back to store (nearly 40 mile round trip) Not a good service at all !!!!

If you want to be ignored, spoken to rudely and appear invisible then ok but if you want to be a valued customer, forget it!

I warn all... stay away.... Bought a £400 laptop that has been faulty since purchase.... Been battling for 9 months and sent away 6 times now to be told I am left with it.... it now wont even turn on

!!!! was even told by the staff the reason my laptop was not working was because it was a low spec machine, which they advised and sold to me!!!



As a business user who has spent $£10000's with them I advise all not to part with your money with PC world!! Rick the business manager is the only good thing here and shame to see him get tarnished with same brush!!!

Bought iPhone outright from them and so should have been unlocked. Tried to change carrier but was told it is locked to the first sim put in the phone. Staff very unhelpful wouldn't even give me the complaints number said "all iPhones do that" .completely untrue my husband bought one from argos a week after mine and his is ok. Now I have to pay to get it unlocked and it could take 21 days. Dreadful service would never use them again
