I just wanted to leave a review for the lovely young lady (Sophie) that served me in PC World this evening, wonderful customer service, did absolutely everything she could to help and it was much appreciated!

Will never shop here again several failed deliveries damaged goods poor customer services

Will never ever buy from here again! We were told to wipe our iPads only to find that they couldn't accept them and sent to another store! Fuming! Complaint has been emailed in!!

Tell everyone never buy from Curry's they sell faulty goods and refuse to fix the problem then get angry when u ask em to help . I will keep posting these messages till they do something about it . which isn't just scewing over the customers .

Once again your store has let me down - A couple of years back I vowed never to use this store or brand again, after items reserved had all gone once I came to collect - today i want to treat myself to an expensive coffee machine can't resist the £170 off in the sale atm, this evening I check online for stock of the item I wanted, you have them - I drive to collect - guess what! You don't have any!!!! Waste of bloody time, will Def not use again - just seen I can get the same item on amazon for similar price, thank god for that cos not matter how much I like my coffee, I really don't want to give you £400 of my hard earned money - bloody useless !

Not impressed. Bought a curved tv on 25th Nov and arranged for a free delivery on Wed 2nd Dec. This never arrived. After long phone call a new date was agreed with a specific time slot on 5th Dec between 07:00 and 10:59. Guess what....never arrived. After avery lengthy call, as it took over half an hour to speak to a human being, the operator is now chasing and we hope to get the delivery sometime today, however as yet no time has materialised. Be careful if agreeing to a free delivery.

Laptop return from guaranty repair damaged



My laptop stopped displaying anything on the screen or through HDMI cable on tv but still working and logging to windows- can hear all the sounds. Left to repair. Rude customer service, wrote bad diagnose of the problem. Return unrepaired, big scratch on top, broken- melted keys on keyboard. Shop is saying that this is not their problem because probably I gave them laptop in this condition (laptop was in good condition, no physical damages, proof on service docket copy). After contacting customer service received answer, that it is not their fault and probably damage happened in shop. Shop is blaming me, service is blaming me or shop that I made damages. Conclusions are that I have got 5 moths old, worth £550, laptop that can not use and unrepaired with both shop and service blaming me. I will be fighting for my rights- repair under guarantee, exchange for the same model or equivalent or return money. Buy anywhere else! AVOID PC WORLD!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Bloody awful - didn't even bother giving me reference number to track my laptop which went off for repair, now it will be delivered back to store nearly a week after I was told it would be. If you need a computer repaired - go to a small independent repair shop.

Currys are the worst they dont deliver when they say they will and then try and fob you off.left with no cooker until they can get a new delivery date .im disabled and will have to put off the sparkie now who was going to connect it for me .there customer service is rubbish .will never use them again.SHOCKING
