Uncaring miserable looking staff. Total joke of a company

The service has been crap, I put my laptop in for repair with my insurance. Showed on the tracker that it had been fixed and delivered to branch. Then when I rang the branch no answer at all! Then rung head office to speak to them and even they couldn't get through to branch?! The service is sickening and I'm deleting my insurance and will never be going back there for anything! Need my laptop to run my company and these arseholes can't even make a simple phonecall to me to let me know whether the laptop is even at their branch or not!

The fridge I bought was supposed to have been delivered today. The message I was promised would come yesterday came this morning telling me when the delivery was due. I've taken a day off work and there has been no delivery. I'm disgusted that there has been no message to tell me when it will be delivered. Won't shop here again....

Not very good customer service. I returned a laptop that I purchased for a refund. That was ok but attempting to cancel the £8 insurance has proved a harder task. I'm now on my ninth attempt which has now cost more than the insurance in calls. You have to ask if this is just a money making opportunity and that they are hiding behind administration and red tape! If they can do this on hundreds of customers look how much money they will make!!!

Microwave melted!!! I've had it for 5 months and they disputing giving me a refund even after making me go home to find my proof of purchase ���

I will never take a foot inside a Curry's again! I have experienced the worse customer service causing me so much stress. I had to wait 4 weeks for my laptop to be booked in for a repair. (Faulty not damaged by myself) Every time I phoned they passed me on to somebody else. They said yes someone will call u back they never did. I had to go into store to get my laptop booked in for a repair. The laptop was finally sent off for a repair and returned but then it broke again. Today we went into store at the new Malden branch to make a complaint. The store Manager Harry was very unapologetic about the situation and couldn't be bothered to even call the management team to help. We had to stand in store on the phone for hours to get some answers. We made a formal complaint on the phone but no compensation was given. In the end we now have a credit note of -£50 of what it will cost to get it fixed at apple. So we are basically paying for a repair that isn't our fault. They could of at least given us the full amount required to fix the laptop. Absolutely disgusted and will never ever buy another product from your store again!

I too am currently receiving disgusting customer service from this store. After purchasing a few items online i changed my mind which I'm entitled to under consumer law. I change​d my mind within afew hours. I phoned​ customer​ service​ and told i had to wait​ until items​ in store​ for​ a refund​. Good came into store, and went​ in t get refund​. I was then told DPD would collect​ from store​ the following​ day...they didn't. I was lied to despite​ being​ given a DPD collection​ number​. Numerous​ calls from know​ how who do not help. All i wanted​ to do was​ cancel​ my order​ at the start​.

I ordered a dishwasher and washer/dryer from Currys PC World which were delivered yesterday. The washer/dryer is damaged and when we called them we were told to contact Hoover for a reference number then go to the store and arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of a new item! This is totally unacceptable. We have a contract with Curry's not Hoover and is not our responsibility to go into the store!

Had vouchers to replace a TV I brought 9 years ago for £978 including insurance. Every year I've paid £80 to renew the insurance and vouchers will only buy a basic TV for £289 what a joke !!!!!!!! Don't buy knowhow insurance not worth it very anger customer
