Worst customer service , i have ever been in. Waited 2 hours , staffs moving around store but not approaching any customers, walked out eventually
Today I came into the Woking Curry’s store to pick up my reserve & collect order.
However, after standing at the collection area for 20 minutes without any communication from a member of staff, someone finally told me that “there was a stock discrepancy”, they couldn’t find the Xbox one S. So that was it, I couldn’t have my order. No apology was given, nor was any alternative.
I had to ask the question – when will the next delivery be? I was told “probably 1 month”. Since nobody seemed to care, at this point I left the store.
I have to say, that this experience was pretty appalling in a number of ways. And after checking online, this deal is no longer available, so I have been properly done over.
It’s hard to draw any conclusions other than a) your reservation and stock cannot be trusted and b) if such errors occur, no one really cares!
How hard is it for a national store like Curry’s / PC World to source an alternative when the error is yours? TOO HARD it seems!
Bought a Shark hoover nearly 2 months ago . Item received and noticed 5 attachments were missing . Contacted Currys customer services . He emailed Woking to see if they could locate them . That was the last I heard from them. Once they have your money you are ignored . Dreadful .
