without a doubt the most reliable wheel building iv had anywhere have used these guys for over ten years built my first bmx with them never had an issue super helpful and fast replying their mechanics should hog some of that credit they deserve it thanks for ten years of service guys my bmx is 11 yrs old today still rides like the day i rang in ill to build her 10/10 ❤ thanks again

ordered a haro annex early hours Friday morning. received a call Friday afternoon saying it would be Tuesday due to a parts issue if I remember correctly. bike arrived early Tuesday morning. With a bucket load of freebies on top of the jumper that was part of the package. will definately shop with these guys again. nothing but professionalism and genuine concern over whether the late delivery would be ok.

Ordered many parts previously online including a complete bike with no complaints, made a trip a couple of weekends ago and the young lad that severed us was great, very helpful and chucked in a few freebies � will certainly use again!! X

Ordered a back wheel but it was out of stock they rang me up and changed the wheel for a little extra so now I have a better wheel then I originally wanted

I ordered something that was on back order, it became unavailable. They called me, organised another product that is more suitable than what id ordered for my son, turned up in time, well happy! Professional from top to bottom � thanks guys

I can't recommend this shop enough, i had top class service when they done a rear wheel build for me..3 day turn around, I went there yesterday just for a break cable... it's a 130 mile round trip for me but it's worth it, plus I always come out with extra parts..� staff are super friendly and always willing to chat and advise, and that's why I keep going back, big up to Custom Riders

Had issues with a previous order which was only let down by communication of what had happened with it. Next order was rapid with no issues even with Black Friday �

Great day visiting custom riders today, had some mid school wheels built and they look amazing! Sun 4 play chrome rims and large flange polished hard to find haro hubs with lovely new shiny spokes, can't wait to get those tan walls on, thanks guys been coming here years and will continue to do so , A* service ��

After buyying online for years from mason and the team i took a drive to the store. i was blown away by how rad the shop is good knowledge across the massive range they stock. really helpful staff. nice to buy from a professional bmx store not a joe blogs bike shop.

i ordered multiple items from you guys over the years and spent alot of money and once again when i order something its doesnt get processed because of problems your end woth not putting it through for dispatch, i wont be using your services again because it has happened too many times and im fed up of being let down
