Range Rover sport body off to carry out repairs and do some preventative maintenance while the body was off! This is one of those jobs I enjoy doing as it’s something a little different to the everyday jobs we do!

2015 Volkswagen Touareg, came in to us with multiple electric faults and systems not working, after running a code scan we soon figured out none of the ECUs could talk to each other, we then found a trail of destruction that can only be caused by one thing... a small rodent! We could easily follow the path he took and got to repairing the wiring as we went, all looms repaired all electrical system’s back working fault free, and point of entry into the vehicle found, the only thing we can’t find is our little friend.

True or false - main dealers ALWAYS fully service a car and replace all parts required................. FALSE!!!! This is something we see a lot of, not just some main dealers, some smaller garages as well over look changing the pollen filter!
... The pollen filter's main job is to stop the dirty air from entering the cabin. The filter traps dust, pollen, and other foreign particles, essentially cleaning the air before you breathe it in.
Would you want to breath in the air from this mouldy pollen filter!
This was removed from a 2015 Renualt with a full service from the main dealer,
It’s just pure laziness from the tech and not fair on the customer that would of payed for a new filter to be replaced.
We ALWAYS follow manufacturer service schedules and replace these filters as per service intervals (normally every year)

A job just before Christmas we done, Renualt Megane Heater blower motor, A lot of work for something which is normally a quick simple job, unless you own a Renualt! Last 2 pictures show a dirty mouldy pollen filter due to lack of changes

BMW M5 V10 In for some preventative maintenance, the bmw V8 and V10 are known for wearing out the big end bearings, we are replacing these bearings before they come a major issue, also some new manifolds and ABS Ecu was removed and sent away for a repair,

A stunning TR6 which has been restored but has got a full little issues to iron out and is having a modern electric fan unit fitted to make it more usable and less prone for over heating. Oh and the beautiful Audi in the back ground

Had the pleasure of These 2 beauties in this week both in for Cambelt and water pumps and full service’s, I’ve got to say I’m in love.

Another week another engine, this time on a 2.8 fiat Ducato that suffered bottom end failure! reconditioned engine supplied and fitted and back on the road within 2 days.

Time to send this engine home

5.0 supercharged Range Rover, still undergoing its rebuild but some photos so far, after suffering a catastrophic failure and damaging the crank shaft beyond repair, as the crankshaft is not available to buy, a brand new genuine Landrover block sourced and is being rebuilt with lots of new parts including, oil pump, timing chains, timing gears, injectors, cylinder heads have been over hauled, a huge amount of parts and man hours going Into rebuilding this engine so it’s got another 100,000 miles of trouble free motoring. The old engine will also be recycled into a coffee table when we get a bit of time.

Getting fully involved fixing a water leak into the foot well of this 4 year Vw polo, it would seem Vw forgot to seal the body seams inside the hole, this was not a easy one to find! But now all fixed and back together with no more leaks.

Fiat Ducato motor home In for full service and Cam belt change, it was a bit of a tight squeeze with the mini but just enough room to work on both at the same time.

Always nice to see a car that you have been looking after for over 8 years and 120,000 miles still going strong with over 160,000 miles on the clock,

Been a day of working on some pretty cool cars today and always nice knowing people trust you to look after there pride and joy!

Some jobs take hours of investigation to find the fault, not this transit custom, looks like a small animal got hungry and ate the exhaust temperature sensor wiring, new sensor and nice easy cheap fix
