Dinner at mile 26, with Cycling Rural Spain. "Massive" fuel for the legs, 30 miles left at this point :)

Day 3 of the October tour, really great time in the mountains today - smooth roads and brill lunch.

Off to Spain on Saturday to try our new routes, some cracking hills and mountains, 60 hours on the saddle planned, can't wait!
