This is the second time I've come here now and I absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and chilled out, the decor is awesome and the customer service is out of this world.



Prior to discovering this place, I had a really hard time with local salons and barbers where members of staff would purposefully go out of their way to make me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable due to my "unconventional" and "genderless" look. Damage however is super relaxed and really accepting - it's been a huge relief to finally find somewhere where I'm not constantly stared at or criticised just because I look slightly "different"!



A quick shave comes to a fiver, which I think is really good value considering the awesome service you get alongside a nice cup of coffee. Today I had Zed cut my hair - they did an excellent job in the space of about 15 minutes, but instead of rushing me out of the chair, they suggested I chill and enjoy my coffee which I did.



Such a great atmosphere, I highly recommend coming here :-)

Thanks Zed for a great colour and cut last Saturday. Never had so many compliments! Am managing to style easily and such a clever cut at the ends means it hangs flat. Just what I wanted. (and I got to cuddle the dog on my lap too, bonus!)

Love this place. I came across it a few months after moving to Brighton. I was looking for a decent hairdressers and randomly met some women with fab hair, who both said they went to Damage. Myself and my partner now use this place regularly. Super chilled and friendly. Feels like popping round to a mates house for a drink and a natter. But make no mistake - when it comes to hair these guys know what they're doing. Extremely experienced & talented hairdressers and I've loved every cut and colour I've had here. Highly recommended!!

I've had my hair done here a few times now by Steph and love it! She always does such an amazing job and everyone who works here are so friendly and welcoming! Needless to say I'm sticking with these guys for all my hair needs � would highly recommend!

I came into the hair salon a month ago with a bodge job haircut done by a not so good hairdresser. Jason restored my cut with his creative cutting skills. He is super talented and has great attention to detail. Will definitely go back to see him again for my next cut... highly highly highly recommend him and what a lovely guy too.😊

Amazing place! I'm in Brighton for work and was recommended by a local to come here. Saw the lovely Poppy. Lots of attention to detail and very friendly. Really pleased with my hair :) Awesome, chiled atmosphere! Shame it's so far away or I'd be here each time I needed more attention!
