Hi Guys, we are looking at putting Yoga into the Studios and we need your help, let us know what days you would prefer out of the following poll and comment below for times out of the following options:
Mondays 9:30am Mondays 11am Mondays 12pm ... Mondays 1pm Thursdays 5-6pm Thursdays 6-7pm
These classes will be aimed at beginners and at first but can be adapted to suit other abilities if needed, teaching Hatha with Vinyasa- strengthening and stretching the body with emphasis on getting the whole body moving.

My daughter really enjoys her gymnastics class and got the opportunity to take part in a display and end of year show. Really dedicated friendly staff.

Me and my partner are having one to one lessons with beki for a first dance at our wedding.you don't need to be able to dance at all.beki teacher and we have got a great first dance that she build with us.cant wish to take to the dance floor at our wedding
I've just witnessed my daughter catch the 'stage bug.' A year ago, she'd not have gone into class without a shove. Today, she cried because she wanted more. Thank you, Miss Caroline. Now, how do calm her down ...?

I cannot talk enough about Beki, about her dedication & her passion as a dance teacher & how she runs this gem of a dance studio in Ashford called ‘Dance Visions’.
I always wanted to learn how to dance but it was not until something bad happened in my life for me to give it a serious consideration. I am so glad that by a sheer fortunate stroke of serendipity I made the start of a unique life’s journey with Beki’s dance school. I started learning the first steps of Cuban Salsa with the lovely Mel, Lorna, Heti, Lisa & Beki herself of course. Just love it & I have never looked back since.
Never realised truly until now how much dance helps with our physical & mental health of wellbeing. Besides learning a most elegant form of a creative art, I have also made friends with some truly beautiful people, all thanks to Beki’s dance school. OK, I will never become a professional or a stage performer because that’s not my aim, but when I sometimes wonder why didn’t I start much earlier, I also know it was not meant to be until now & who cares how old one is when time is limitless..! After-all it’s never too late to start & ignite that fire in you...!
Thank you Beki for being such a star…! Ashford doesn’t know how lucky we truly are to have a talent such as you..xxx
Had my first Cuban Salsa class at Southcliff Hotel. It was amazing! Thank you so much. Was worried about going on my own but staff were amazing and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Loved every minute. Can't wait for next week. Thank you so much x
