Staff were helpful and welcoming. Not too crowded and kids learned easily because of the great coaches.
Love this gym as I can come with my chidren in the evening and it's not too busy. Great staff, very welcoming.

Helpful staff. Put on waiting list for a couple of exercise classes and managed to get on them in 2 days!!
Instructors very motivated and urge you on. Definitely recommend
Do a weight management course there in the dance hall , lovely n quiet
Very friendly and helpful staff, I will give 5 stars when the airconditioning is Done. Apart from that a great place to train.
Whole place need refurbishing, one one the ceiling tiles fell down on a parent. The seating area was short a few chairs and standing room only. These athletes need better quality training facilities, event staff were great yesterday, generally smelt like sweat. Out door facilities were very good. Many of the ceiling tiles on the indoor pole vault area were half hanging out. Surprise there were not more falling out!
The centre is good, but the gym needs a lot of attention! People pay a lot of money and the equipment is in poor condition
No problems nice centre only used out door track but seemed clean and well organised.
Lovely facilities and the couple that run the cafe are amazing, but the car park is way too small. X
It's ok but needs a good cleaning because I found food wrappers under the mats
Is there any chance can use the outside track for my grandson to run round probably only once please ��

Friendly professional staff. Always helpful and willing to give advice.
2nd visit to the leisure centre and struggled to find a parking space. Went to reception to pay the lady behind the counter just sat there no welcome or interaction. No issues with the gym or equipment.
Staff are helpless, twice I was told the vending machines for sport nutrition were working and then lost £3 in them. Only to be told they are externally controlled and no refund could be given.
Facilities are basic, untidy, toilets on both occasions have been full of defication and smelly.
Wondering what I paid £350+ for a year's membership for to be honest.
Needs a total refit, showers are terrible calling have tiles missing air con is a joke however the staff are lovely!! Very friendly polite and welcoming
Reception staff are useless, stood at reception for 10 minutes and was ignored, even when the receptionists changed over and there was nobody else there but me I was still ignored
