Morning, as you know, like the supermarkets - Dog food is now being looked at to panic buy.
We would ask customers not to order and then days later, ask to cancel because they have placed another order for something that has come in that they would rather have. By doing this , it is stopping other customers ordering what they want and is starting to block our freezers.
We also ask that if you do not intend to have your order on the next delivery day, that we deliver to you,... don’t order because it is starting to clog our freezers - we are not an extra freezer for you to store your food in until you need it.
It is an incredible stressful time for everyone and we are trying our hardest to get the stock you want so everyone can feed their fur babies so please be mindful of this when placing your order. We have so much coming in and going out, that we need to keep it flowing for everyone.

In response to tonight’s announcement, we look on it that Pet Food is an essential product and will still be operating our collection and delivery service unless specifically told not to.
We have received many e mails and we know there are a lot of anxious fur parents needing to know that they will still receive their delivery so just want to reassure you.
As already put into place, our drivers will ring on the doorbell and leave either by the front door or in a safe place fo...r you. Please do not come out to meet them and try to take the boxes from them. We need to stay contactless for your safety and ours.
Orders put in for collection will remain as we have been doing, the shutter will be up during collection times and we will put your order on the counter for you to collect and maintain distance. If help is needed, we will carry the order out to the car for you, after you have opened the boot and have got back into your car. We will no longer take any cash so please pay on the website before collection.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please let us know. We will continue to make all deliveries until it becomes unsafe to do so.
⭐⭐ COLLECTIONS ⭐⭐ ... Weve noticed a big jump in customers selecting to collect their orders. Please bear with us as its just myself and Luke in the unit for the next couple of days. We will place the orders onto the counter for everyone rather then passing directly to you. We will of course still help anyone that needs it to their car, just leave a little breathing room 👍

Just want to say a massive thank you to the guys at Kingsferry Veterinary Surgery for looking at our Frankie.
Its not often we go to vets with any of our pack but Frankie hurt himself over the weekend and the team at Kingsferry have been so very helpful, loving and caring with him.
I called this morning and they fitted us in straight away, I didnt realise I would have to leave him for a few hours. None of ours are ever left so I was a bit nervous to leave him for a few hour...s but they took great care of him. There was no lectures about feeding raw and noone tried to add any extras on.
So if you ever need a local vets (and I really hope you dont) Kingferry are just great!
Frankies now back at home, having a little snooze before dinner ❤

Weve got some good news, well two bits actually🤗 We are now stocking some of the Alexander Range of Bone Broths and Kefir Treats, who have come to an arrangement with DAF to supply them And then we thought, as we have had lots of requests for some of the DAF chunks, we ordered some of the most popular in.
So we’ve got Rabbit chunks, turkey wings, mini and large shanks, pork tongue, lamb ears, whole lamb tripe, goose necks, and stuffed hooves and trachea.
