We’ve stayed in Orlando several times and booking a specific villa has been a very difficult process. With Debbie’s Villas we found the website extremely user friendly and being able to see availability based on our dates immediately, meant we could narrow down the search and then book. After that, the information we received was accurate, comprehensive, and really helpful. Even touching on other aspects of the holiday (car Hire potential problems etc). On arrival our codes worked perfectly (that hasn’t always happened with other companies) and everything went really smoothly. Our welcome pack was really appreciated very handy for anyone with a late arrival. Finally I’d like to add that the total cost was extremely transparent with no hidden additional costs. The villa itself was exactly like we expected it to be and I honestly couldn’t fault Debbie’s Villas from start to finish. Thanks for adding to a great holiday - we will definitely look no further in future. � � � �

We used Debbie’s Villas after much internet hunting for a reputable agent to book with from the UK. The villa was superb, even better than the photos, and booking was smooth. Debbie’s are ABTA protected and we were so glad they were as when the villa was sold before our visit (which is a hazard in the industry) they made sure everything was maintained as agreed and took the potential stress out of it with excellent and reassuring service. This was precisely why we wanted to avoid direct booking sites and I would highly recommend taking it into consideration when booking expensive long-haul trips like Florida. The house was spotlessly clean, better equipped than our house (two coffee machines, blender, every type of kitchen utensil etc, kid’s equipment, games and even beach towels) and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. We stayed at Windsor Hills in Kissimmee which we booked through Debbie’s Villas for two weeks in August 2018. The booking process was made so easy for us, the communication from the staff was quick and caring. All our needs were taken into account, emails were brilliant, confirmation came through quickly and reminders were prompt. When speaking to people at Debbie’s villas they were so helpful, made sure you were happy and helped you in any way they could. They couldn’t have done more. The property was wonderful, clean, tidy, well stocked, easy to find and just what it looked like on the web site. We were absolutely thrilled. We had one little problem with the pool but the management people looking after the property came straight out and sorted it. They were lovely and like the people at Debbie’s villas could not have done enough for you they were great. The call when we got home to check if all had been ok was most appreciated and lovely to speak to them. We thought that as we are getting a little older (in our early 50s ) that this would probably be our last time at Disney but we have had such a wonderful experience that we are going to book again for a couple of years time and will definately book through Debbie’s Villas. We arrived home today from our best ever holiday. The villa we hired exceeded our expectations. Usually photos make things look bigger/better but in this case it was the opposite. The villa was huge and had been cleaned thoroughly to a high standard. Staff at Debbie’s villas were so helpful and nothing seemed too much for them (even though I was a bit of a pain!!). We are looking to book again for next year (as soon as flights have been released). I have just been looking back at the photos and shed a few tears remembering how great it was and how I want to be back there right now!! Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately we are coming to the end of a 28 night stay in our villa on Weston Hills. This is the first time that we have used Debbie's Villas after having disasters with Thompson Villa's in the past. We are really pleased with the service provided, ease of booking plus the quality of the villa. We will be using Debbie's Villa's again in the near future. If you are coming out here we highly recommend that you use Debbie's Villa's

This was rather a strange holiday for us to book, our granddaughter has a inoperable malignant brain tumour, she is 7 and currently having chemo, but had to travel to Jacksonville for Proton treatment. After many family discussions on booking a villa in Orlando, so we could take her and her 4 yr old brother to Disney, we decided to book through Debbie's villas.... and how pleased I am we did, from the iniatial queries we had, to booking it was a smooth and stress free process. Debbie's villas kept in close contact with us every step of the way.

The villa was beautiful and clean and we had a delightful welcome pack waiting for us, with all the essentials.

We only had 1 problem and I always think it's not the problem but how it's dealt with that is the key, Debbie's villas dealt with ours very quickly and efficiently, completely to our satisfaction.

My grandchildren, their parents and us thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa, a welcome break from 3 months of hospital visits.

I would not hesitate to book through Debbie's villas in the future and have already recommended them to friends and family and other families who could use a break from those relentless hospital appointments.

This April was our second stay using Debbie's Villas and the service is amazing. The only thing we had to do ourselves was flights, the team dealt with everything else for us including park tickets, car hire, a sat nav and extra tickets to Wild Florida.

We booked on-line with another management company but later received an email to say that the Villa was no longer available. They sent one email with a couple of alternatives which were not acceptable but offered no further help.



We then booked a Villa through Debbies Villa's but unfortunately that also fell through. But this time we had the amazing support and help from Mike!



From the start he reassured me that he would find us somewhere as good if not better and sent loads of options through and didn't mind when I was very picky on the accomodation I wanted.



He found us an amazing Villa which lived up to all expectations!!



Definately recommend this company!

Just got back this morning. We stayed at Oak Island Cove the villa was equipped with all we asked for pool jaquzzi and games room. We found the villa was very spacious and clean all the way through staff was on hand anytime needed them. And only a stone throw away to the walt disney parks. Lovley villa great location will be asking debbies villas again to accomadate us again.

I was planning a trip to Orlando, and normally I use Virgin Holidays with the flights/villa etc all thrown in. However, this time I wanted to book the flights and villa separately and found Debbie’s Villas.



I was concerned as I had never used them before. Yes – they are a member of ABTA, but I was worried that would I arrive to “no villa”, or perhaps the villa would be awful, or any number of other concerns.



After speaking to a member of staff at Debbie’s Villas, I became less worried, and so took the plunge.



I booked online and paid the deposit. I paid the final balance a few weeks before departure, and then received a “Villa Information Pack” in the post detailing directions from the airport, key details etc.



I arrived at the villa, and it was AMAZING – exactly like the pictures. I had decided not to pay for a “bumper” welcome hamper, and so stuck with the basic welcome hamper which contained bread, milk, waters, butter, cereal, coffee, tea, cookies etc. This is exactly what we needed after a long journey just to get you through to the next morning.



I am not going to detail the villa, as this is a review of Debbie’s Villas, but needless to say it was beyond perfect.



I feel Debbie’s Villas excelled themselves. They were very helpful, informative and I feel gave excellent value for money.



So much so that I intend to use them again in 2020

Easy to contact, quick to answers queries and proactive in checking that we had all the necessary information. Lucie even replied to our emails in the evenings which was immensely helpful. Also offered to book park tickets, car hire etc and offered great general advice where to eat, visit etc. Rare in the holiday industry to find an organisation that gives such excellent customer service.
