Our Decent chefs cook up meals and snacks that in an ideal world you would make at home every day. If only you had the time, the passion and the fresh ingredients constantly on hand in the kitchen.

We keep our ingredients simple and natural. Our recipes and flavours are uncomplicated yet bold. Most Decent dishes have no wheat or dairy and we never add refined sugars or anything artificial. All of our meat is from British farms, often local to our kitchen close to the South Downs.

Every meal is hand-made, perfected and approved by one of our chefs. We then rapidly freeze down each meal so that when you are ready to reheat and eat, it will be as fresh as the day it was made.

We do not use cereal grains, legumes, dairy, refined sugar, potatoes, processed foods and refined vegetable oils wherever possible.

If you are on a specific diet such as contemporary paleo, gluten free, or lactose free, then many of our meals will be perfect for you.

If you want to lose weight, or just feel good about what you eat, eating meals with natural ingredients will help, particularly as they avoid spikes in your blood glucose levels.

You may have already noticed that our meals have a generous serving of protein, so if you are working out and want leaner muscles, the Decent range of meals will compliment all of the hard work you are putting into your exercise regime.
