After working till 6pm, home by 7 then defrosted the freezer. After dinner freezer was once more refilled. Up early distributing leaflets for our residents association, then breakfast. Now, started my day job, working till 6.15 then off to a meeting for 7pm at the Maidstone hospital. It's good to keep busy. I never get bored😎

With this lovely weather do be careful with the garden. Start gently. Don't do too much initially, and do a bit of stretching first. Feel free to message me for advice.

Just enjoying this semi tropical weather. It certainly brings out the best in folks. Long may it last.
