Our PTs Lizzie Kicks- Personal Training and Strong in Surrey have put together a quick bodyweight hiit workout for you to save, share and do at home!
Take two exercises at a time and work with these intervals: 20s work 10s rest 8 rounds, with a 1 min rest between circuits, repeat for next two exercises.... ThereŌĆÖs some slightly lower impact versions of some of the exercises in there for you as well.
