SAME DAY DISPATCH
All UK orders received before 12. 00pm are dispatched on the same working day. Please note that bank holidays, Saturday /Sundays are not classed as a working day. All items are in stock ready for immediate shipping.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and typically take 1-3 working days to arrive at a UK address. Please note that Royal Mail do allow up to and including 15 working days before an item is considered lost in the post.

UK EXCEPTION POST CODES
Please note that larger items such as golf bags are only eligible for free postage to mainland UK only. Postage to non mainland UK and Scottish highlands is FedEx zone 2 and unfortunately will be a £10. 00 charge to upgrade the service. We will contact you if your postcode sadly falls into this area but of course we will gladly cancel the order if this does not suit you. We hope you understand we try to pick the best value and fastest service available from our couriers.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
We will make a full refund, provided the goods are returned unused in perfect condition with the tags still attached and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Due to hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable, please make sure you purchase the correct size. We do not refund postage costs unless we have sent the wrong goods in error or an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
