Another awesome wedding last weekend with Claudia and the team at the alternative but huge, brand new & stunning wedding Tipi at Muntham House Wedding Venue to celebrate Heather & Alan’s special day! Hats off to Dave and his kitchen crew too, the pizza’s and paella were top notch!! 👌🍾🥂🙌

I am very fortunate enough to receive a large amount of wedding enquiries on a daily basis, many of which lead to working with a lot of happy couples on their big day! I do however get some enquires where some people say I am ‘too expensive’ or they can find ‘much cheaper elsewhere’.
... I am fully aware that I am not by any stretch a cheap DJ and can appreciate that some people have to work to a budget but thought I would say a few words about going for ‘The Cheaper Option’.
I meet with every client that books with me, which off the bat is not something that all DJs do.
Nearly every couple I speak to has a horror story to tell me about a bad DJ who has either come with poor equipment, bad attitude, poor ability/skills, bad appearance, ALL OF THE ABOVE, or not appeared at all - but ultimately has cast a huge black cloud on the day.
I am by no means saying that all low cost DJs are bad. There are some DJs who underestimate their own ability and/or undervalue themselves, so do charge a low fee (I take my hat off to you if you find one of these DJs!). Unfortunately though, the majority of low cost/budget DJs will do the bare minimum to accept their fee.
Your wedding DJ can make or break your Wedding Day. This is a gig that leaves no margin for error and must be given 110% every single time! Many people will spend hundreds on a cake, sometimes thousands on a dress, but some want to get the cheapest DJ available which can be utterly disastrous.
Your wedding should be the happiest day of your life, so my advice is to give yourself the day you deserve and hire a seasoned professional.

We hired Graham for a family function and we couldn't be happier. He had a great eclectic set that pleased everyone, young and old and had even the most stubborn of friends and family girating their hips at some point!

My function band Murdoch’s Crazy Eyes had the privilege of working alongside Graham at a wedding a couple of weeks ago. Graham was brilliant to work with, from liaising before the booking to make sure we didn’t clash with song choices, to him arriving well before schedule to ensure all the equipment was set up ahead of time and ready to start as soon as the bride and groom were ready. Graham provides top-of-the-range DJ equipment, a smart DJ booth and awesome dance floor lights. And most importantly, his skills as a DJ was second none, with the dance-floor packed throughout evening. We really look forward to working with Graham again.

I booked Graham to DJ for my partners surprise birthday and what a LEGEND.

I don’t think their was a single song he played where all 300 people weren’t jumping up and down. He took requests and mixed them into some amazing songs, a DJ definitely worth the money and he didn’t stop the whole set.

Would 100% recommend him and will be organising another party just to get him to play again.

DJ Graham Meeres! What a legend! Love that guy. Great bloke and very good DJ, used to love working doors at venues he was playing at, always guaranteed a good night. His jokes aren't all that but at least he tries! Definitely book him if you need a DJ is my advice.
