Happy 13th Anniversary to DNC. On 1st April 2005 I started my baby which has now grown! I am so proud to be associated with everyone who has been a part of the journey 😀

The studio will be closed on Saturday 3rd March due to unsafe weather conditions. Classes will be rescheduled another week. Sunday classes will be as normal on 4th March.

I really wanted to let you know just how much I enjoyed yoga last night….
... Every class is brilliant – you make each one so enjoyable. But yesterday evening you absolutely nailed it. The weather (and dark mornings and evenings) at this time of the year does seem to sap your energy and your mojo so the fact you ‘felt’ that a different approach was needed last night was amazing. It certainly wasn’t a ‘soft’ class and I knew this morning that some muscles that hadn’t been used for a while had been stretched a bit but the postures just fitted the mood.
You make yoga for me and I love you for it! Don’t ever stop!!!
