All we can say is WOW!!! The demand we are receiving is quite astounding!! Thank you all so much for your custom it means so much to us!! I must say we are feeling the pressure a bit at the moment, and we urge all clients to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please also bare in mind if you need to cancel for any reason you will have to either wait for your next appointment or be added to the cancellation list. Sammi, Alice, Melissa & myself are all working to our capac...ity and work back to back everyday so we have no way to вҖҳsqueezeвҖҷ anything in.
As it stands we are going to have to close our diary to new clients for the next few months so we can concentrate on our regulars.

Having our new system makes things a lot easier at times like this. The only problem is even with SMS reminders being sent out, we still had a NO SHOW this morning at 10am. ... Amy could of used that hour and half appointment to fit in Alices clients.
This is why it is so important we have a phone call (even 15 minutes before!) because we can always utilise the space.
I feel we are defiantly one of the fewer salons to be more lenient with things. But to safe guard our regular clients who visit us 2/3 weekly without fail, we will now Block no shows.

ItвҖҷs becoming increasingly common for clients to arrive 5/10 even 20 minutes late. We have always been understanding for unavoidable circumstances, heck we are all human!! But being late has a knock on affect for our day and instantly causes us to become anxious and feel rushed. You deserve the best of us for your appo...intment time рҹ’—
We also often have to battle against technology! If you wouldnвҖҷt mind keeping your phones/ipads in your bag it will free up more desk space to work and also prevent less smudging/fluff on nail incidents. рҹ‘Җ Alice is very busy with Facials and massage so we require all mobiles to be on silent and calls to be taken after your appointment.

Happy Monday to you all! Used to be my most dreaded day of the week, but now one of my favourites! Perfect time to start anew and get organised for the week ahead.
To help us stay organised and in control of our Diary, we have decided to make appointments up to 3 months in advance at a time. This means throughout April the diary will be open until end of July.
