Went into the Luton shop - asked if they took contactless, only to be told that it would cost an additional 25p! How ridiculous!!! Totally defeats the whole point of contactless. Didn't want to get a £10 note out of the cash machine, just to spend a couple of quid instore. I thought the whole point of contactless was to save you carrying cash and to make your transaction quicker! Wont be going there again, so BE WARNED

Today I saw a very old and poorly lady sitting outside Don Millers in Luton. I went and bought her s bottle of water and asked if she needed help. She couldn't manage to drink from the bottle so I popped into Don Millers, explained the problem and asked for a paper cup. They wouldn't give me one unless I paid. Of course I paid 5p but seriously! You're telling me a huge company couldn't do a tiny kind deed for an old person! I'm disgusted and will never go back! Shame on the staff there!

They have lost a daily customer, they are very rude the staff there. I'm a working professional that was on the phone too a client. They lady with glasses and who was serving said " I will not serve you again if your on the phone" which I find very rude. She would not like it the tables were turned. I wasn't rude to her and was very polite even and she still said " Next time finish your call before coming to Don Millers"

This is appalling service, never again am I going there. I think everyone should go there whilst there on there phone. What stupidness can't be on the phone to a client whilst getting your lunch.
