They are perfect.Lovely surroundings to wait whilst my motorbike is being serviced.Where else locally do you get to sit on the sofa, in the warm, watch T.V and enjoy a hot drink.

Great friendly small garage/dealership. All the professional features of larger less personal garages. Great value tyres, I've never had mechanical work carried out here, but the service is great for that I imagine.

Comfortable waiting area with tea/coffee facilities and wifi should you wish to wait for your cars work to be completed.

Brought our car here for an MOT. Nice comfy waiting area, TV and hot chocolate to keep the kids happy while we wait. Friendly staff. Will definitely use again �

Always used for my mot's and been impressed with friendly and helpful service ( I worked in motor trade for 9 years and lots of family members did too). After appalling service with another local company for some tyres which kept getting fitted hideously rendering tyres constantly going down decided to give dowleys a go for my tyres. Whilst the initial price was higher than quotes I received they price matched the tyres. Did the job whilst I waited in the comfortable reception area with my young daughters ( TV, fish and toilets were handy!). I know where I will be coming back for my back tyres this summer. Particular mention to charlotte who when quoting was so helpful with tyre recommendations etc and always called back when she said she would. It's the little things that go a long way with customer service. I have worked in customer service for over twenty years and always appreciate great service levels. :-)
