When you arrive, the industrial setting could be off-putting, but dont let it be! The owners and staff here are friendly, funny and kind. Dual's equipment is well maintained and clean and acessible for everyone, no matter what his/her starting point. Despite my nerves and poor levels of fitness, with the help of a fantastic PT called Tim King, my progress in four months has been astonishing. If you'd told me a gym could be for me, I'd have laughed at you in February... now I'm beginning triathalon training.
Very close to my house and perfectly equipped for what I need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a great gym!
Took one look today and signed up straight away loads of equipment and friendly staff. Can't wait to get started Monday
Swung by on my lunch break today to have a look round. Met up with Matt who was a great bloke with a great attitude towards gym etiquette! The set up looks amazing, plenty of room and stacks of equiptment- roll on January!
Staff are amazing, specially Matt. Really makes me feel welcome and at ease in an intense gym environment. I wouldn't have the confidence to work out in a place that's heavily dedicated to weights, due to sitting down with Matt and looking at different training programmes I've come to realise that I love toning using the weights and get my cardio through it now! Really affordable, amazing location, great atmosphere AND FREE PARKING!! Highly recommend this gym
Signed up through the website :) easy done. Great staff and V.helpful. I'm super unfit but ready and up for working hard. PT sessions, fab and fingers crossed if I put in the effort I'll see the results :D
Quality gym, with quality equipment, and really friendly helpful staff! The gym atmosphere always has a buzz to it, and everyone is friendly and there to train! Can't recommend Duel Strength and Fitness enough!
Plenty of really solid, well made equipment at a good price. Would recommend to anyone at any level. The only drawback is the heat and air when it's warm, be great if you could improve that in the future. The best gym in the area for weights, cheers!

Love the atmosphere, the staff, equipment and all for a bargain membership price!
What's not to love about Dual!! ¤æŹ¤Å╝¤Æ¬¤Å╝
I popped in and had a look around today and the pictures certainly don't do this place justice. Every thing in there is high quality equipment and a lot of thought has gone in to what equipment has been chosen. Definitely one of the best gyms locally and it isn't even finished yet!! And to top it off the guys there are very welcoming and obviously have a passion for what their doing. What more could you ask for in a gym!
Had a great time training today! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the equipment is top quality and there is plenty of it. Just the kind of gym I've been looking for.
Guess it's time I do this. I've been going to Dual for over 2 years now (Since it opened!) and love going in.The equipment is great, the staff are friendly & fun and there's a really good community in there.
Young people, older people there's is literally something for everyone in there, from free-weights, to calisthenics to cardio.
Free parking and half the price of the next local competitor. You literally can not go wrong with Dual Strength+Fitness.
Great gym, rarely have to wait to lift. Good variety too.
For the overall gym market in Horsham - this gym ticks a lot of boxes that other gyms can't nail down. It's aim is to provide a service towards regular gym weightlifters but also caters for people who just want to get into shape - providing a nice balance to the 'gym spectrum'.
There are still improvements to be made but customers are informed through social media of refurbishments, updates and upgrades and the owners are extremely attentive to feedback.
Furthermore, the owners are very friendly and establish a friendly rapport with all customers and have worked diligently and hard to bring some life back in the industrial estate in Horsham at a very reasonable price. Well done DS+F.
First gym session today in a long time, got to say it blew me away, great equipment and more than enough weights for everyone, staff are very friendly and more than happy to help or give advice, thanks to all the team and bloody well done on a fantastic gym, couldn't fault a single thing

Beautiful little team of lovely people, cracking variety of equipment, cheap and cheerful what's not to love?
After spending years in other gyms with no room and not many benches its great to go to a place where you have great equipment and room to move, great staff great atmosphere and good value,
A typical day at this gym:
Some gym embarrassment occured when I attempted a swing down the American Ninja style incline handle bar rack. Suddenly swung out of control at the top, cracked my knee and then just hung there thinking maybe I should just ride this out instead of dropping like a stone after an accident.
So I managed to wrench back up where I turned my attention to the end of the course in front of a potential audience.
The short term paranoia one feels when tripping or falling over in public had created my very own American Ninja course run live in front of about 12 potential people at Duel Fitness, who were all now watching me with the same kind of intensity the show attracts, wondering if I could make it, through excruciating struggle, to the end of the course.
I made it.
But nobody cheered.
